TV Anime 'Flying Witch' Announced for Spring 2016

The February issue of Newtype magazine, to be released on January 9, is announcing the staff members for the upcoming anime adaptation of Chihiro Ishizuka's slice of life manga Flying Witch. It is set to premiere in April.

Director: Katsushi Sakurabi (Toradora!)
Series Composition: Deko Akao (Noragami Aragoto)
Character Design: Masato Anno
Studio: J.C.Staff

The manga was originally published as a one-shot in 2007 under the title of Flying☆Witch before it was serialized in Bessatsu Shounen Magazine in August 2012.

The instant I saw the key visual I thought it was adult Chitanda on a broom.

My disappointment was real when I saw "JC Staff" and not Kyoto Animation.
