New 'Durarara!!x2 Ten' Special Announced
The official Twitter account for Durarara!! has announced that the series will receive a new special episode, to be screened in theaters on November 15, 2015. Titled "Onoroke Chakapoko," the episode will take place between episodes 13 and 14 of the currently on-going Durarara!!x2 series. It will be released on Blu-ray and DVD on January 27, 2016.Based on the light novel by Ryohgo Narita and Suzuhito Yasuda, the series has received two TV adaptations, Durarara!! and the Durarara!!x2 series, as well as three special episodes.

Why does it take too long to subs the OVAs in English? I watched the Shou OVA weeks ago in Spanish.

Yep, knew it was too good to be true for them to skip Celty and Shinra's date. Glad it's happening.
This is going to be the best OVA of them all because it's about Celty and Shinra!
