Tokusatsu GARO Gets Full 3D CGI Movie Adaptation

Tohokushinsha announced a 3D CGI movie "GARO〜RED REQUIEM". It's based on a live-action Tokusatsu TV drama series "GARO (English Wikipedia)", which was aired from 2005 - 2006. The movie will be premiered in 2010.

The original TV series of GARO was aired in Italy, Spain and Malaysia.

why they don't make the series like kamen rider i'am sure it will be good considering the 1st movie that they already make in good quality

Well, they stopped using the same level of animation as the Horror battle that was animated in episode 1?

But still, I think GARO is pretty good tokusatsu....Any of the Kamen Rider was too long....although I liked Blade and to some extent Kiva

KARAS anime was very similar to GARO in concept.

Really? I thought it was pretty consistant for the whole series, espically since it's only 26 + Beast of The White Night as opposed to the year long run. Amazing art direction too.

Yeah, Horror slaying time....

Although I was disappointed by the drop in quality of the toku after episode 1.....

Garo is a great series, definitely one of the better Toku shows in the last few years. I wonder if this could possibly mean they are interested in maybe making another series.

GARO's my favorite toku show next to Power Rangers..
Probably because it's the only one I could stand to watch for more than 1 episode.
