Bandai Plans Worldwide Release of Gundam Unicorn

According to the press release of Sunrise, the new anime "Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn" will be released online simultaneously in multiple languages. This statement probably refers to the previous announcement by Bandai Namco HD about the worldwide streaming of a new Gundam series in ten languages including English, German, and French. The type of Gundam Unicorn has not been officially announced yet. Judging from Fukui Harutoshi's comment "the continuity of episode 1..." published in Gundam Ace, there will be more than one episode.

The cast for this series looks promising. However, I do have second thoughts about it. The name "unicorn" sounds a little bit ridiculous. Can they come up with a better name than that?

I love Gundam but I'm not too excited. I'm happy with the older UC Gundams. Generally, Gundam Wing's still the best.
