Jobless Man Arrested for Threatening Author of OreImo

According to Mainichi Newspaper, a 32-year-old jobless man was arrested for threatening the novel author of "Ore no Imouto ga Konnani Kawaii Wake ga Nai". The man, Aoi Noboru, resented that Kuroneko has been excessively featured in the recent story of OreImo and sent threatening emails to the author more than five hundred times. In one of the emails, he wrote "I want to strike the dead body of Kuroneko at you."

Dear "Mr.Jobless" I would like to thank you for your stupidity. Had it not been for you, I would most likely never have given Oreimo a shot. Your hatred of Kuroneko peaked my curiosity. Although I don't understand your hatred I'm still very grateful.

Of all the things that he could have been angry at in this world, he chose to threaten a random somebody because of a light novel.

He could have at least been a bit more productive, and demanded another season while he was at it. Sending random death threats doesn't really accomplish anything at all whenever the offender doesn't have anything to be gained by killing the recipient.

Not really sir, the fact that Kirino has a large fanbase (at least in japan) is most likely because she's the ideal otaku girl, with the eroge's and whatnot, the perfect otaku waifu for the otakus.

That made the whole situation even more horrible, or awesome, depending on the angle you look at it.

well at least this news cant beat the news i think last 2 years ago about a kid who died imitating a jutsu in naruto or a kid also who died after hearing simba's father saying "he will become a star to watch over him" --- cant remember the details clearly. but the kid die because he/she want to become a star to watch over his/her father/mother... quite a drama isnt it?
