New TV Series of Saint Seiya Announced

Toei Animation has announced a new TV series of Saint Seiya titled "Saint Seiya Ω (omega)". It will be aired from April 1st.

The protagonist is Kohga, a 13-year-old bronze saint, who was raised by the goddess Athena. He admires the legendary gold saint Seiya and fights against the evil Mars, who tries to rule the world by abduction Athena.

They should really have done the third season of Lost Canvas instead of this new anime. Or at least I hope that when this one finishes they do continue with Lost Canvas.

I love Saint Seiya, and I hope we can see a little about the old characters, like the Bronze Saints~ (Not just Seiya as a Gold Saint)
And yeah, 3rd season of Lost Canvas would be awesome. I hope they'll do one~

YESSSSSSSSSS. New season of Lost Canvas would have been more awesome, but any Saint Seiya is STILL better than no Saint Seiya.

It was last year that I finally finished Hades/Inferno and the movie. I haven't caught on this Lost Canvas people are excited about to know if it's good...

And now we have a new one? Wow, so many years later... I'm at the very least curious about it!

Too many Saint Seiya spinoffs as it is. Though it's better than seeing the franchise die. Almost thought this was a reboot. Can't say which one I would have preferred, personally I would have enjoyed a direct sequel.
