Phi Brain To Be Continued to the Second Season

According to the official website, the second season of Phi Brain: Kami no Puzzle was announced to start on April 8th immediately following the first season. From episode 18, Taketatsu Ayana will play Sakanoue Miharu, the sister of Sakanoue Gammon.

I agree that Phi Brain is short on detail, but I got hooked on the overall concept/premise of the Divine Puzzle. As an artist, I thoroughly enjoy the crisp colors and character designs, especially Kaito. Granted this anime is a lot like Yu-gi-oh in style, it doesn't hold the same power due to lack of true development. Too the haters, you must have had some curiousity or you wouldn't have bother past episode 5. So, nuff said.

Why does shitty shows get sequels...There are lot of better things waiting for a sequel. It's horrible, I don't get how people like it. It's a puzzle show yet you can't FKING SEE THE PUZZLE + horrible attempts at comedy... I just want people to tell me what's so fking good about it.. a reason pls? or you just mindlessly like things?

Then don't watch the second season. I feel the same way about the 13+ series of Precure shows, so I don't watch them. Not sure why others subject themselves to torture on purpose. There are plenty of other shows out there.

New season huh :) And it begins on my birthday too xD Hahahah. what a coincidence xD.....
Even through I find this show to be quite average, ridiculous at times and I agree that there are flaws people (or haterz x3) pointed out, but still I think one of the biggest reason this show left such bad impression is mainly because it was presented in a crappy way. Plot and characters itself are not that bad, it's just they are presented in unfortunate way....It almost looks to me like even producers don't take this show seriously ....^__^;;
And so because I think this show has potential to become something good if handled right way, I'm eagerly expecting new season...On ma' Bday yo!~ xD

How many on-going anime right now is about puzzles?
I never seen an anime like this before, it's fun and entertaiment to watch.

I like this. Gammon's hilarious, so more comedy will be awesome.

I'll be ignoring the "there are better series to have sequels for" posts, since that's said on pretty much any anime sequel announcement where the anime isn't ridiculously famous. I never had any expectations, but I've been pleasantly surprised. Seems like anyone who had any expectations can't stand it, though.
