Noitamina Anime 'Usagi Drop' Confirmed

At the live press conference streamed on Ustream, Unita Yumi's manga Usagi Drop was announced to get a TV anime adaptation. It will be aired in Noitamina programming block from next July. The production studio is Production I.G.

A live action movie will be premiered this summer, too.

Why would this be banned? On what grounds, Ive read all the manga so far and there is nothing bad about it...
