| Oh Hedin...think he might of overreacted regarding Bell and Syr, but I guess he had the right intentions. After all, Bell does lack romantic experience especially in dating. Not going to lie, this episode felt more like a rom-com than the usual fantasy adventure. Bell even got all dressed up with a suit for his date. It's kinda cute tbh. Oh and a wild Ais appeared! |

| The one thing we all need in life!! An Elf that helps us become a super chad!! The training Bell received was hellish tho but it gave results including some funny ones. Now the question is where will this end seeing Syl is on to them. And we finally got to see Ais again an episode with her is always a good one!! |

| Well that was more rough for Bell than any other training he ever went through. Was it worth it? Only he will know. The whole Syr thing reminds me of Artemis and I get the feeling she might die. We got to see Ais too. Ais stuffing her mouth was adorable. |

| In 5 seasons, this is the most "true to the series name" episode. Even if was Hedin forcing Bell to pick up girls as part of the training. I wouldn't be surprise if Syr lost the bet. Someone having a whole elite squadron to protect them, isn't normal. |

@CrazyFrogz Will it take long? Like will it be in the last episodes? I like romance and episodes focused on training, but I wanted to know in which episode more or less the fights start

| Being kidnapped to attend a lesson on dates sure is a new one. Bell is a master at making girls fall for him unintentially. The date outfits for both were pretty good. Poor Hestia familia being taken advantaged off. The date was damm cute though. Syr's surprised looks are adorable. Ais's treatment for stress is eating i see. Without the goddess complication though Syr and Bell would had made an excellent couple. |

| The real RomCom of the season. That was a very funny episode haha, the whole training and Bell just casually flirting and finally "picking up" girls in the dungeon. Ais being the main love interest (still?) and she is just there unbothered, stuffing her mouth full. Feels bad for Ryu, after all those life and death struggles from the last season, she have to endure more pain. Im excited for the fights but episodes like this are always fine! |

| I mean this girl was just there right.. to fill the numbers and sort? When did this become such a huge deal that now we’re running through a crash course of 101 ways to impress your date??? Seriously, could be my memory but can’t recall a single thing other than the previous episode which tells Syr was so important to the story. |

| Hedin put Bell through some serious hell in order for him to be prime and proper for his date with Syr. While it does make me think Hedin has a few loose brain cells running too rampant, at least his training for Bell led to many funny moments, with Bell actually living up to this series title for once! Not only that, but his smooth approach with Cassandra was hilarious. I also loved how Daphne reacted to this many times! XD The date itself was pretty cute, but hearing from Syr that she wishes to be kidnapped by Bell in order to get away from the prying eyes of the Freya Familia watching over her is a bit concerning. Bell would have a death wish if he agreed to this, considering how easily Hedin beat him in the previous episode. Either way, whatever he chooses, comedy and action will follow him, so I do look forward to seeing if he agrees to Ayr's wish or not next time. |

| Most fantasy shows have training arcs to prepare for big fights, Danmachi has them to prepare for dates 😂 Hedin putting Bell thru hell to get ready for the festival with Syr had me dying man, turned Bell into the ultimate ladies man. One smile was all it took to knock Cassandra off her feet. Didn’t expect Danmachi to become a romcom, but after all the crazy shit we got in season 4 I’m very much ok with them taking it slow to start here. Loved the festival date so much, Syr looked so pretty and seeing Bell so composed and emotionally intelligent was definitely a sight. Getting jealous Ais was also fun, Syr bragging about being on a date and spending alone time with Bell was great, she’s a brilliant troll. I figured Syr would pick up on Bell behavior being an act and not really like it though. She likes Bell for him, awkwardness and all. The rehearsed and prepared Bell isn’t the one she fell for. Actually a bit sad tbh because you can tell Syr has been kept cooped up in Freya familia and not been able to live a normal life. Everyone worships her rather than seeing her as an equal and normal person like Bell normally does. I hope she gets that freedom someday but idk I kinda have a bad feeling about this season based on the trailer and key visual.. |

| Genuinely a very fun episode! Bell pulling the gigachad moves on the girls was so alien lol. The banter between the cat girls was also top tier. Danmachi is so back. |

| kind of a lame episode but expected as much after the way the last ended. "Dating" in anime is always so awkwardly done (I think that's just a Japanese thing). Didn't really find the training to be all that funny more just annoying, but at least that's over with. Hopefully Bell can get a little more assertive and just admit he likes the blonde (again) since he already has/everyone already knows he does. While I know from real mythology Syr is the same person as Freyja I'm not sure why there's two of her in this series, seems a bit odd to only have 1 goddess that's split into two while the rest are seemingly 1 entity. Especially since in mythology Freja isn't two entities (she's also not Odin's wife as many mistake her for tho lets be real this show doesnt really use mythology beyond names and most basic characteristic). |
| So Hedin just wanted Bell to be more man like on the date with Syr. It's fine to hold people in high regards. The scenes with Daphne & Cassandra were hilarious. It will be interesting to se whether Bell accepts Syr's condition to kidnap her, a mini war could possibly break out with all those retainers near her. |

| Although Hedin’s training was absolutely brutal, this did actually lead to picking up girls in a dungeon, so I’ll allow it lol. Not only that, Bell also flustered the hell out of Cassandra and Daphne, bro became more of a walking rizzlord than he already was lol, very funny scene. And once the training was done, it was time to put it to the test along with the arrival of the Goddess Festival, Syr was looking extra cute for the date much like Bell looked extra over the top, and the date itself was very sweet, several cute and silly moments in there, topped off with Aiz coming across the couple which Syr absolutely took advantage of, wasn’t expecting Aiz’ reaction to be scarfing down more food tho lol. But as I figured, Syr wasn’t super into Bell’s new act for their date, Hedin may have meant well but the date Syr would have liked best was with Bell’s usual self, kinda makes me feel bad for her because her own familia members messed with her perfect date, all of them keeping an eye on her can’t feel good either, so I’m wondering what’s gonna happen if Bell takes Syr up on her request of getting away from them, I think that would be awesome but you know the Freya Familia ain’t gonna take that sitting down, I say fuck ‘em and give Syr the night of her life, of course I feel bad for Ryu but I might be rooting for the harem route at this point lol. |

| It was funny, I guess, but overall I found it kind of irritating actually. Caught myself fast forwarding several times. Bell is being such a pushover. The guy who complained earlier about Hedin being selfish was right. He wants what he thinks is best for Syr, not what actually is best for Syr. I'd like to see her rip him a new asshole for screwing up the date she was looking so forward to. Also would have been nice to see Bell push back a bit rather than one sheepish, half hearted "but I'm in love with someone else" line. Ah well, hopefully this was a one-off one episode type of thing. |
| The "lessons" in dating and the practical examination was just so hilarious. This might be the funniest arc of Danmachi yet. Him charming all the girls in the dungeon after his "date" training montage was so funny. Bell in the butler outfit with his hair slicked back Sebastian style would actually appeal to me the most also. I'm scared though, no matter what happens someone is going to get their feelings hurt here. |
