I'd say I'm pretty good with spicy food. I'm eastern european so my natural tolerance for it is pretty low, but I still think I can handle a ghost pepper or two.

So how good are you at handling spicy food? Do you go out of your way to always order spicy food in restaurants or fast food chains, or it is just sth you like to try every once in a while?

Enough to notice the spice, but it mustn't overlay the other flavors.

Idk as I have same Eastern European tolerancy in that case, I like to eat lil bit of spicy stuff tho they ain't that popular in markets so the spiciest sauce which I usually see is Sriracha which isn't that spicy. I do enjoy sometimes some Asian cuisine, maybe when I'll have settle up my employment and new place to live in I'll try to increasy my tolerancy by trying some more spice.

The only reference for now is that I always order spicy sauce for kebab usually my friends barely handle it while I don't feel that at all etc.

This applies to me, Indian cuisine kills me when it isn't toned down for the local market.

When it gives flavor, and maybe pushes my tolerance a little bit, but nothing that is painful or where it only tastes "hot".

There's the spice that adds a nice kick, and then there's the spice that just burns. I'm fine as long as it doesn't get to the latter.

Just spicy for added flavour. Real spicy and you cant even taste the food.

I barely even order food. When I do, I don't order anything spicy.

Probably this.

Would Albania even be counted as Eastern Europe?

Well Albania is officially considered southeastern Europe, however Europe is generally just divided into western and eastern in day-to-day discussions, so I don't make that distinction usually.

Very. My mother was always a bad cook and I don’t have time for it, so I’m used to using a lot of sauces and spicy foods to eat food with at least some pronounced taste.

Hot enough to turn me into a living torch. In all seriousness, I'd say I have a pretty good tolerance to spice so I like to eat spicy food on the regular and will willingly go out of my way to eat the hottest things if possible at restaurants and whatnot.

Then again, I'm a Viet and I've lived around peppers and spice since birth so there's that. If I had to say my standard, I'd say the 2x buldak noodles is where it's at.

I kinda like eating Buldak Spicy Hot Chicken Flavor Ramen, so my spice tolerance is around that level. But I don't eat it often. For food I eat daily, I'm fine with a black pepper level of spice.

It depends on what spice is added to the food. I don't really take much spicy food especially Indian food as it is usually very "hot". So I cook myself at home and put very little chilli in the curry and it turns out so nice and pleasant for my taste bud.

Definitely not too spicy because I don't like spicy food at all in general. One of the reasons for that is the fact that they give a bad headache.

Not the biggest fan of spicy food but I don't mind it every now and then. I grew up eating spicy food like every other day so my tolerance is pretty high, also the reason why I gradually started getting tired of lol.

I'm same as Amami Yuki's role as Ryoko in Goritekini Arienai..
I have even put ghost pepper in my noodles once ..

Looks like @RobertBobert and @DigiCat share my taste buds..

I definitely recommend Bhutanese and Nepal ramen and or fried chicken noodles.. Well you should definitely try Bhutanese cuisines like buckwheat noodles, jashamaru, Chile con queso, Ema datshi...
I must warn you if you are not used to very spicy food, you might get chapped lips..

I also recommend Taiwan ramen with the very spicy selection, a Nagoya soul food special..

My doctors told me to stop eating spicy food for at 3 months because of acidity..

@SaiteiDaOrette Thai food is spicy but it's not as spicy as Bhutanese food.. They use ghost peppers in the soups...

I prefer my food spicy most of the time and it's just moderately spicy because very spicy one to the point it becomes painful isn't enjoyable at all

I'd say medium spicy, just to give a stronger flavor and stimulate appetite. I don't want to throw fire like Charizard or taste only spices.
