| That king of theirs sure is a coward. That knight commander though didn't deserve the quick death that he got though. Merciless though is one damm effective skill. Diablo really made his fight against Razen easy. Revival of the dead huh truly an awe inspiring power and also a fearsome one as well. Nice to see Shion come back to us. Overall a pretty fun ep that saw Rimuru get his revenge on the army that harmed his people in perhaps the most satisfying way possible. Curious at where this will go though as Rimuru is now a newly born demon lord. |

| I'm so disappointed they didn't animate one amazing scene from the manga... where shortly before Rimuru performed Megido, the narrative was done from the angle of the Falmuth soldiers... that scene was amazing... *sigh* So disappointed it's not animated. |
| This episode was insane. Straight to the punch with it and I loved every second. I find it amazing that a single slime can turn out to be one of the most overpowered characters in the series. The entire massacre was great, the summoning of Diablo who I am over the moon hyped to see again. His little show case of power was perfectly done in my opinion and it just opened up his character quite a bit. Ughhh! There's just too much to talk about with this episode. Amazing job with the animation and can't wait to see what's in store for 'Raphael' Tempest, Diablo, and the rest of the gang. |

| I never usually post on these episode threads but I couldn't help it after the last two episodes. The visuals, pace and details have been amazing and I can't wait for the second core of the second season. |
| Great episode, I hated the death/reincarnation stuff at first but I'm hyped as hell, the archdemon dude? Awesome is he on Rimuru's side or not? I dunno. But since Rimuru seems to attract the best people I'd guess so. |

| You know that feeling you get sometimes when you're watching anime and you watch a part and you're like "OH SNAP....let me watch that again" and you go back and re-watch it a few times. I had that feeling for the whole episode. BEAUTIFUL. Also soooo happy Kuro/Diablo's return did not disappoint. You can feel the fear he instilled in Razen (whom hinted he had survived a long time because of his possession skill or whatever he called it that took over Shogo's body)....But Diablo still managed to treat him like nothing...haha! Also the scene with Raphael & the ressurrection was really beautiful too....I was actually afraid they wouldn't get to it this episode but I'm glad they did...and managed to show Shion opening her eyes at the very end. :D Now excuse me as I go back to rewatch the whole episode some more~~~ |

| Maybe it was due to the hype of newborn demon lord but it seems like Rimuru is on another level compared to the demon lords we've seen so far, but I guess that's due to that before while Rimuro was weaker than the demon lords it wasn't by that much. Also one of the lines said when evolving to demon slime made me thing, can Rimuro now turn into a metal slime? |

| Pure awesomeness. As if Rimuru's ascension wasn't good enough, we also got Diablo. The only thing I don't like is how short those episodes feel lol. |

| This episode was amazing and so satisfactory, the evolution sequence was pure hype, it has to be like top 5 anime moments for me. I do have a question, was the primordial shown before? same the other 2 demons? I only remember Diablo from the pact he did with the other teacher and what is even going to happen with that too? |
| We thought Rimuru was already strong enough but now he's powered up, I don't think anybody would want to mess with him. |

But I mean...the only thing it spoils is a certain someone's naming sense lol. EDIT#2: Oh my bad...Diablo did appear to save Tiss sensei in another OVA ep...I don't recall him actually entering a "formal pact" with her though....My memory tells me Diablo recognized Rimiru's 'presence' near her and just helped his class as a "service" but I'll probably need to double-check that conversation... EDIT#3: Double checked that part of the OVA...Diablo stated in that sequence that Honestly I have to wonder if the event that occurs in these latter 3 OVAs is even considered 'canon' in regards to the summoning being an "official" pact-thing because it's quite different from the other demon summoning we've seen and instead was just an excuse to show Diablo again before he officially appears. |

| I loved this episode. The archangel was so cool. I was hyped when the Great Sage took over Rimuru’s body and started reviving everyone. It was easily the best episode of this season. |

| This was definitely the best episode of the season. It looks like all of the time and budget for this season was condensed into Rimuru’s transformation into a demon lord and it looked good. I still don’t know why the transformation made him appear as something more angelic and godlike instead of, you know, a DEMON lord. That kinda goes hand-in-hand with how this anime treats Rimuru massacring 20,000 soldiers with a large amount of them surrendering as a non-problematic thing (something even encouraged). |

| BEST EPISODE OF THE SERIES IN A LONG MILE AN AMAZING SCENE OF TRANSFORMATION AND EVOLUTION OF RIMURU AND WITH SHION, GOBZO, AND OTHERS COMING BACK TO LIFE, THIS EPISODE WAS JUST ALL-AROUND SATISFACTION, FUN...AND NEAR WATERFALL OF TEARS WE WELCOME THE NEW DEMON LORD OF ALL DOMAINS ALL HAIL RIMURU TEMPEST!!! |

 This one little scene reminded me of another death scene from Japan Sinks out of all things. Remember the child crushed by a rock in the head, this scene reminded me of that. And I was laughing my nuts off when I realized the similarities. |

| When Shion finally woke up in her undeserved slumber, one picture came to mind instantly. This is Shion waking up after she and many others got revived by Rimuru:  And the one picture that looks just like that is:  It's Mikasa, and this shot was from Episode 8 of Attack on Titan 2. |

| Wow. This season is one banger episode after another. Rimuru flexes in the most amazing way. He really went "merciless". Happy to see Shion waking up. Can't wait for the next episode. |

| About time Diablo showed up hopefully he would serve in some type of Advisory role to Rimuru. Still not a fan of everybody being brought back to life, but whatever what's done is done. Hopefully its a one-time thing. I have a few questions about Rimuru being a Demon Lord because I never read the mange or light novel. Is there anybody that can challenge Rimuru as a Demon Lord? Will Rimuru's actions as Demon Lord have consequences? Feel free to spoil me. |
