 —Introduction— With the lack of activity as of recently, we thought it would be great to start up activity again by recruiting more staff to help us out. When it comes to our requirements, we expect you to be available 2 to 3 times a week. While we appreciate people who’d like to help out, we also want people to be available and reliable. On another note, unlike previous recruitment threads, this one will stay up indefinitely, so you don’t need to rush on your decision to join our club as a staff member. Yes. There will be more roles in the future. The roles that are available is dependent on the roles that we need, so feel free to look at this thread for updates. Are there any other expectations? Yes. It is expected that the person is able to work with other people. For example, if “X” wants to speak with “X,” they will communicate with one another. It is also expected that people who become staff members reflect the club’s rules, which can be viewed here. Members should be role models, and there should be an expectation that work will be given weekly. Note that for some positions, a Discord account may be required. What should I expect We are fairly casual as a club, and how things are ran. If you are accepted for a role, you should expect a response in 1 to 3 days. You will get a response even if you aren’t accepted. Once you’ve been accepted, you will work with your allocated position group. For example, if you are a Graphics Designer, you should expect responses from @nattadasu/nattadasu#3867. Be mindful that we are from all around the world, though. Who should I ask questions? Any experiences: basically none in the moderator department and in being staff for anything, i've also never been active in the mal portion of the club, I am pretty familiar with BBcode, and programming in general ( basic web development included ). I also have some (basic) photo editing skills in photoshop and paint.net(an example is my forum signature) and gif editing. I'm also known to learn fairly quickly. Availability: basically always when I'm not sleeping and not having lessons at school. I do have quite a bit of patience when it really comes down to it.
