Why don’t we become monsters and really mess up this awful world? Just destroy until there’s no more evil, no more sadness, no more anything…
Wouldn’t that be great?
Many many years ago, there was a young alien. Every day his room mate Yu would tell him not to leave their small living area, that he was cursed, would scare people into a mass panic. Yu told him his word was law, and the rules were few. He must not leave, or else great misery would befall all. He must make threads and post on weeaboo forums, for that is one of the few ways other worldly beings can survive once stuck on this planet, and last but not least, he must never ever interact with the humans that leech of this planet.
Yu left every day, for many long hours, claiming he was protecting their area, and patrolling 40 miles in each direction to deal with possible dangers. The young alien never questioned the bloodstains or the dark looks, barely even noticed them. Instead, he scoured the web for new Chinese cartoons to watch in all of his free time. Day after day, alone in the ship, he watched episode after episode, debating people in 'dub vs sub' threads and fighting for trap rights in YouTube comment sections. 'Traps AREN'T gay', he would type, and hours would go by, and though sometimes he'd be curious of the outside world, he would remind himself of the rules Yu set for him, of the reasons he cannot leave.
One day, a few hours after Yu left, the young alien was halfway through adding the last few hentai he'd yet to see to his plan to watch list, when he heard a yell from outside, from someone that wasn't Yu. Closing out of his 'Boku No Pico best moments' tab, he slowly crept towards the covered windows. The battle in his mind was fierce, the rules coming to the forefront of his mind, but his curiosity was strong, and telling himself it'd only be for a minute, he leaned up to peak through the window... only to trip on his dakimakura pillow of Kirino Kousaka, and fall out of the ship onto the grass.
A young human boy was staring straight back when he looked up, and gasped when they saw his otherworldly appearance. Covered in mud and holding a rubix cube, the young human ran up to him, holding out a hand and asking many questions. The young alien was completely taken, to finally see one in person. No other sight in his life could compare to the beauty before him, like an angel. No waifu on the forums could compare, he felt a wave of awe and peace wash over him as the area got brighter and everything seemed to glimmer in the sunlight. His first partner.
Yu came rushing past him in the blink of an eye, tearful cries of the human boy rang out in the air as Yu started tearing him to shreds, angrily shouting at in the young aliens direction, but his focus was elsewhere. It was like everything was going in slow motion, and as the new light of his life slowly fell towards the grass, he felt a chill run through his alien body. The rubix cube hit one of the dismembered fingers of the human as she landed, and he knew he couldn't leave his new ultimate best girl to bathe in the blood of her previous friend, but before he could make a move, Yu stepped back and crushed her in his rage.
Two blocks snapped off and rubix cube looked less square. The young alien felt his will to live fade to nothing. Sadness overcame him and he took a large breath before screaming 'FREAKIN FRICK, YOUR ACTIONS HAVE CONSEQUENCES'. Scooping up the body of his now dead cube waifu, he ran back into the ship, determined to let the weebs know of rubix cube's death, of the loss of the ultimate waifu that they always seek, but he'd finally found.
Green tears streamed down his alien face as he made the forum post, 'MY FUCKING RUBIX CUBE BROKE'. Many members were understanding, giving their support. For a long long time he sat there next to the slightly square body of his significant other, reading through the constant replies mourning his goddess.
Nobody truly knows how long he'd been sitting there, reading the replies. Months could have passed, or years, but eventually, Yu came back through the ships door, covered in dark stains. He gave the alien boy a dead stare, and slowly raised a death note he was holding. The young alien squinted through the dark, the moonlight hitting the pages at just the right moment for him to see his name and 'rubix cube 69' written in blood.
Panic seized him, but it was too late.
The last thing he heard was Yu's whispered sentence, ''...I'm a Mod on the Mal forums.''
Calm me and let me taste the salt you breathed while you were underneath
I am the one who haunts your dreams of mountains sunk below the sea
I spoke the words but never gave a thought to what they all could mean
Rubik's Cube is a 3-D combination puzzle invented in 1974[1][2] by Hungarian sculptor and professor of architecture Ernő Rubik. Originally called the Magic Cube,[3] the puzzle was licensed by Rubik to be sold by Ideal Toy Corp. in 1980[4] via businessman Tibor Laczi and Seven Towns founder Tom Kremer,[5] and won the German Game of the Year special award for Best Puzzle that year. As of January 2009, 350 million cubes had been sold worldwide[6][7] making it the world's top-selling puzzle game.[8][9] It is widely considered to be the world's best-selling toy.[10]
On the original classic Rubik's Cube, each of the six faces was covered by nine stickers, each of one of six solid colours: white, red, blue, orange, green, and yellow. The current version of the cube has been updated to coloured plastic panels instead, which prevents peeling and fading[11]. In currently sold models, white is opposite yellow, blue is opposite green, and orange is opposite red, and the red, white and blue are arranged in that order in a clockwise arrangement.[12] On early cubes, the position of the colours varied from cube to cube.[13] An internal pivot mechanism enables each face to turn independently, thus mixing up the colours. For the puzzle to be solved, each face must be returned to have only one colour. Similar puzzles have now been produced with various numbers of sides, dimensions, and stickers, not all of them by Rubik.
Although the Rubik's Cube reached its height of mainstream popularity in the 1980s, it is still widely known and used. Many speedcubers continue to practice it and other twisty puzzles and compete for the fastest times in various categories. Since 2003, The World Cube Association, the Rubik's Cube's international governing body, has organised competitions worldwide and kept the official world records.

So that was the story behind the legend of the rubix cube, how could I, the lord of darkness missed that?
This will come down in the history book.
Sorry for your Rubix Cube. BTW aSuperiorGamer are you really feeling sorry for it? I mean it looks like chaet feels more sorry for it (about 7 times now) than you do
The Rubik’s cube,
Such a maze,
Is sure to keep you
In a daze.
It blows the mind
Without a doubt
Just trying to work
Such patterns out.
Color coding
Is the game—
That each side
Would be the same.
One sure thing—
It’s not a rube.
What a challenge
That little Cube.
