| Shouldn't it be spelled Mitchiri Neko like it's spelled in the ED & promo art (as well as CR entry), not Micchiri Neko? Pretty sure the little つ (tsu) character in みっちり usually gets romanized as a t, like in おこっています (okotteimasu), too. (edit: ignore, am beginner) edit: The company itself spells it Mitchiri Neko http://www.mitchiri-neko.com/ MAL is the only place that uses the weird cch spelling (for all their Mitchiri Neko entries)... Please fix it mods :/ |

Please fix it mods :/ Well the little "っ" is used more like to signify the lingering sound of the next hiragana so i.e.: ずっと (zutto), あったっけ (attakke), ぽっぽ (poppo), so it's not really a "t", more like two of the consonance of the hiragana. So technically the hiragana of みっちり is "micchiri". But I guess the mods should fix it to reflect the brand. |
