BUT...at least the mangaka had the balls to do a sex scene when so many others can't even have the MC kiss a fucking girl! So, yeah, I approve. Even though I have no idea who the characters are or the situation or anything....I still approve. |
| I still haven't finished Tokyo Ghoul but I'm really happy that Kaneki and Touka finally did it. I was bombarded with images from the manga of them having sex and all the fans commenting like crazy. So, I think it was an unavoidable spoiler. I think it was unavoidable that they would have sex. I mean Touka was in love with Kaneki after all and vice versa (also, really huge death flag over Touka) Ishida-sensei, and all mangaka in general, put a lot of work and effort into writing and drawing these manga, and I don't anyone has the right to do something like this. Those fans are just immature, butt hurt idiots. I think I can continue reading the manga happily now because I know my ship has sailed. |

I'm a fan of Attack on Titan (both the manga and the anime) even though the manga's art style is also unpleasing to my eyes. Also...the sex itself seemed a bit boring....of course I don't have the context of knowing these characters or whatever, so that's a negative on my part. But again, I actually think this was pretty ballsy move by the mangaka... When so many authors are dead scared to CHOOSE a girl....not only did the author do that, he went above and beyond!
