I personally dislike Yanderes for the exact reason you were saying. Yanderes are just bitches to me, and they're outright annoying to the core, not even fun because "OH THERE IS SOMEONE THAT LIKES MY BELOVED I WILL KILL THEM" I don't see any fun in that either, especially when they are just... PREACHY OVER THE MC.

There are few exceptions where I like Yanderes for example Yuno from Mirai Nikki (because she was entertaining as hell, and I disliked Yuuki anyways) and Ako from Netoge (because she was rather sweet on the other side too). Higurashi can be another example, but other than that if they irritate me they go into the dumpster, unless those entertain me or can pretty much make me respect them somehow a bit, or they act Yandere but they aren't actually Yanderes.

I do agree that Deredere are good, but I prefer Kuuderes and Danderes.

Yuno is the most overrated Yandere of all time. I have read mangas which take obsession to the next level. School Days and Shuffle! had some good Yanderes but yeah, Higurashi tops them all.

My hatred for Tsunderes began with this girl and then was permanently established by this bitch. The only tolerable tsundere was Taiga.

Funny enough I didn't found Louise that annoying, ALTHOUGH I watched Zero no Tsukaima back in my weeb times so to say the least I can't say much. I did kinda felt iffy with her tho.

For School days, the thing is... I hated every single character xD so that is quite base of an old opinion as well. We could agree at least on the Higurashi part, and Taiga since I do love Taiga.
