Maybe because the group always use a gentle tune as a hook. Everybody loves noise nowadays. 13. *7,255 *,**7,255 Nao Touyama "True Destiny / Chain the world" (incl. Chain Chronicle: Haecceitas no Hikari TV Series ED "True Destiny", Movie Trilogy OP "Chain the world" and IN "Fuukuu Kajin" (Anime Edition)) 33. *1,985 *,**1,985 nano "MY LIBERATION / PARAISO" (incl. Chain Chronicle: Haecceitas no Hikari TV Series OP "MY LIBERATION" and Movie Trilogy ED "PARAISO") What?! A seiyuu sold more than a real singer? Touyama is so popular, I guess. 23. *3,231 *,**3,231 Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Shukufuku wo! 2 OP "TOMORROW" by Machico 88. **,433 *,**2,440 Trickster: Edogawa Ranpo "Shounen Tanteidan" yori OP "Unmei Dilemma" by Azusa Tadokoro Tadokoro is arguably the better singer than machico (Tadokoro won a singer/seiyuu contest and machico is the runner-up). But anime tie-ins have big influence on CD sales. |

Last time Nano performed anime song was not much different in sales numbers: Manami Numakura's Sakabe (6.8k) vs Nano's DREAMCATCHER (2.2k). Those are the number I remember. I think the first few episodes were just too underwhelming. I don't think there's a chance of a late season rise but I guess you never know. A super fantastic late episode might get some more interest but I'd be surprised to see it sell much over 10K now. Better than Milky Holmes so it could still get 4 seasons of TV anime and a few movies of course, with Bushiroad supporting them. |

I don't think BanG Dream will be an idol killer like Bushiroad said. Girls band anime died with K-ON, even with Show By Rock, I think it's more of the male idol side that led to the high sales. |

I prefer the pre-anime songs from Poppin' Party. Too bad, they needed to really put their best songs out there.Ejc said: NeoAnkara said: tsubasalover said: Thanks for the info. I guess it's on the upward trend with the anime.NeoAnkara said: First week sale for Yes! BanG Dream! (in top 100 for just a week) and first week sale for STAR BEAT! ~Hoshi no Kodou~ (in top 100 for two weeks).Does anybody have sales for their other single STAR BEAT & Yes! BanG_Dream? Here is the full data for all their singles. Note that their 3rd single had an event ticket serial code bundled, so they're still on a nice upwards trend if you compare to just their 1st and 2nd singles. BanG Dream!」 Hmmm.. not that impressive tbh but let us keep our fingers crossed. µ's sales was lower than this when they started.. but then that was before the season 1 of anime. Bang Dream already has an anime but their sales are similar to pre anime µ's The BanG Dream! BDs are also looking low, definitely not another LoveLive! here, unfortunately. Yeah. Makes me wonder about the future of aqours cause of poppin party. It is possible that the companies behind aqours will focus more on poppin party this time around to maximize their profit or break even which means less aqours content Last aqours song was nov 2016.. while poppin party has non stop exposure now to no avail Aqours are releasing another 3 singles on May 10th, May 31st & June 21st so they're still going strong in terms of releases. And they'll presumably have another 5 singles to go with season 2 at some point later this year. So that's 9 Aqours CDs already for 2017. |
