Best episode since Rem's arc ended. Primarily because it wasn't edgelord crap and it didn't have Subaru crying all the damn time.

If the rest of the show manages to maintain this level of quality it may have the chance of ending with a good score. I can't give it a really high score though because, like I said, I thought that a lot of this arc was awful aside from this episode, but still.

We can have a cellphone being turned off for a month and then turned it on again with still a lot of battery, moreover old type cellphones can last for much longer than new generation smartphones. It's fine and it paved the way for him to have the character development he needed. Plus, it's cool to see a main character who doesn't have everything go his way and who has to make tough choices, and who isn't always right.
