I hated the True Ending of HF but if they can expand it (Not fast forward like in the VN which felt like a ''Disney ending'') then there is a good chance I might like it. |

Even if it feels like UBW's "Good End" on even more sacharine. Still Normal end would be perfect with few alterations. ITs the only ending truly fitting the route and the only ending that does not betray all the build up. In a perfect world where ufo actually gave a shit about this franchise, they would take the parts from True End and fuse it into Normal: Alas since Ufo does not give a shit, they will just slap True End and enhance the movie with some malegaze camera angles focusing on rin's or sakura's ass. |

Pretty old stuff.HF wasnt even in pre-production yet and we dont know if the line was her choice or ufo's.In the last news, before FateProject2016, the producer or whoever that was didnt even know if HF will be one or more movies. And we never had any info on the stuff. And UBW had stuff inside the series that pointed to good end as well. |

Even if we ignore absolutely new characters appearing out of nowhere(Hi, Luvia) and the overall light novel harem-y tone of it which invalidates a lot of romantic development. And even if we ignore that most of events are non-relevant hijinks that feel out of place. It also completely misses the point of UBW ending - The VN ending of that route has a serene and mature tone to it. A sense of unknown and of change. The anime ending is incredibly anime and basically copy pasted from any of kitschy harem LNs out there. |
