NIM7 said: I have a little sister and I completely 100% agree..I would sometimes get jealous when my sister is treated like she's the queen of the house or is she's rewarded for something that she did.Any sibling would straight up become jealous if they just showed up with everything haha. Standing before me is a little sister who's trying to become a master, while her big sister still stuck working on her doctorate. One who's dabbing in romance while her big sister can't land a man, hanging out with a bunch of rich people while her sister has no money, and even palling around with an elf! |

-I just read the content of first half of in the manga like few days ago. damn they skipping the Minotaur mini (filler) arc and some bits of jokes and light-hearted moments. -they shouldn't cutoff Itami's visit to his mom in an asylum with girls, it's crucial to conclude Tuka's delusion. -Now Itami embarks a journey with his harem crew after being kicked out from his squad. -Leilei's sister will be another potential to his harem, because so far non of the girls makes it hard for him and a tsundere trope is needed. -Sugawara-kun, you don't ever reject a loli's feelings. -from now on, as a non LN reader, I'm in the blue. |

Nice episode. Itami is on quite the commendation streak xD Too bad that a person with all that acclaim gets stuck in a storeroom xD The city of Magic was pretty cool. Totally forgot Lelei had a sister, Cool that they finally introduced her. That initial conversation was quite fun :P Shelly was the real adult at the banquet, 12 year old's are not be underestimated The bunny strikes and the emperor was assassinated, I actually expected everyone who drank the wine to die. If Zolzal becomes emperor, We are gonna see all out war. |

Smudy said: That cliffhanger, is he dead? The manga will tell you if you don't want to wait an entire week. Check ch 49 about this episode Rondel is seriously an advance place, especially compared to the empire, for them to have street lamps. Anyway, ink is one thing but OIL is being wasted big time. Itami just found resources. Notably, some magicians are complaining about how their paperwork is destroyed, modern technology will help them greatly if they can convert all their paperwork into data. Pffff, so the Empire allows 12 year old girls to be recognized as woman. Poor guy has gotten an unwanted score. Anyway that girl is smarter than she seems. “Please make use of me” -_- those are very “good” choice of words. “Is defeating the Flame Dragon so special? Why is someone getting more glory than me?” Mmmmm, well, that is Something as compared to a cowardly prince that led to a genocidal invasion on poor bunny girls, that consist of mostly of women. Anyway, "Lily" will be facing a war from her sister. Since they are going to a restaurant, I can predict a food fight at least. For non-manga readers, incase you are wondering how no one noticed that helicopter caring the dragon’s head. In the manga, this happened when it was raining, and the elves used wind spirit magic so that the helicopter won’t make a sound. |

After the King hears the name Itami Youji from that girl, and still using the word "enemy" towards that country. Until he hears the name Lelei, all this time he looked like he is tired of life, I guess it is because things did not go the way he wanted. He originally wanted to conquer an another world. And got poisoned without any awareness, peace is really is the time to prepare for upcoming war. Pina is quite the contrary to Zorzal and her father, she was really looking forward to the future, last time I saw her was speaking while shaking. And Lelei's sickness, fighting zombies, Yao's will to "repay" Itami for exterminating the dragon, and to be with him from now on is skipped. I don't know about any other parts skipped though. So the little female who loves Sugawara is named Sherry. Of course in Japan 12 years old is still isn't considered an adult, but what kind of joke is that? I suppose there are more things to talk about later considering that kind of topic, and until if Sherry actually went pass through the GATE that is. But really, when Sherry said about getting closer between countries, as far as using her to shorten the distance between the two countries, is that really the issue? Scary because unknown country from another world has far superior military power? Except Sherry, not even one person get closer to Sugawara and that other woman just for that kind reason? Then these people might still have a long way to go to accept Japan completely and since Japan is that one of the countless countries of that world, their brains might take it all too much of the cultural scenery in that world. So Pina and Sherry are one of the brave people there, Pina wants more BL stuff and Sherry, she just wants to score Sugawara doesn't she!? The people would relax because of some punishment they imagine of making mistakes against Japan is lighter compared to their harsh era they live in their world. |

They still know nothing of our world, Pina is the only one (And prob Bozes too) that knows the truth and yet still not know everything. The only info people know of the other side is the military might and goods, which are of the highest quality in their eyes while it's nothing for our world. Anyone would be scared if some country just shows up out of nowhere that is x1000 more stronger, without knowing anything else, and the only living conditions you know of is the medieval ages and how cruel it is during those times. This makes the crown prince a extreme real idiot. He knows nothing or just acting through impulse due to his "dishonor" and embarrassment, not to mention greed. |

Pretty good episode to start off the new arc, It was funny to see Itami look like he was going to get in trouble but instead gets a bunch of commendations. It was also fun to see Itami and crew go to a new city and see Lelei in that cute outfit as she tries to become a master and also seeing that she has a sister who is pretty funny in just that one scene. Then Sugawara looks like you have a future wife LOL. That was pretty funny to see how Sherry just followed him all over the place. Lastly the ending...that cliffhanger, I wonder if the king is really dead and if he is what is going to happen, will Japan be blamed or something else happen? I really cannot wait for the next episode to see all these things unfold. If you want to see my full review on the episode check out the link to my youtube channel on my profile page where I make review videos on the current anime! |

Sherry has grown up in the Imperial Court, surrounded by intrigues, and is a junior player. Marrying Sugawara would advance her politically. Her parents would probably approve, and may even be pushing her in this direction. This is, as usual, clearer in the manga. |

Well we have moved into things I don't quite remember from the manga. Some of it seems like stuff I just over looked but from the sound of it the manga went into a filler arc after the dragon died. I am being to wonder if the stuff they seem to cut out was really just stuff added to the manga. I'm pretty sure the emperor is still alive. I don't like him and normally wouldn't care if he lived or died, however he is opening the way for peace talks. Unfortunately although he is still alive he will be in no condition to run things. This leaves the crown prince in charge. I know he isn't as stupid as he first let on but it seems he doesn't fully understand what he is up against. I hate that queen bunny. Does anyone know what happened to the cute bunnygirl? I last I saw she was shoot and taken for medical treatment. Sugawara is doing better. Even if they can get the right blood for her I fear the doctors don't know enough about her internal anatomy. |

Both in the manga and the anime, the whole dragon's head thing doesn't make sense. Why would the JSDF go to all that trouble to deliver the dragon's head without taking credit for it? I'd expected Sugawara to have used it to point out what the Empire and the JSDF can do together, or some such diplomatic move. Delivering it anonymously was pointless. |

Sherry MVP. Itami got official sanction to go traipsing about the countryside with his harem. Looks like we'll see more of Lelei's sister next episode. Emperor finally got killed by Tyuule -- I've known that was coming since ep3. He's a bit of a dick but he was starting to come around to peace with Japan, and of course the prince is a complete douchebag -- things are going to get pretty bad for the empire real soon. Maybe Tyuule will give up on her war plans and finally take her revenge and kill him, then Pina can take the throne? That's honestly the best outcome I can see from this point. Unless maybe the Japanese can save the emperor, but that seems unlikely. |

Nice. Politics, with a visit to a Magic City. Eh, this could be interesting. So bunny girl will keep pulling the strings from the shadows and try to control the Crown Prince, newly-made Emperor. Well, even if they want to do that, it wouldn't amount to all that much. Nippon still has superiority in arms and in numbers. Now, it's gonna be nice to see how Lelei will surprise the other old farts at the Academy. Applying what she's learned from Earth-based science to the field of magic would make her an extremely powerful and renowned Mage in that world, even considering her tender age. |

I'm sure you thought Sherry was just an attaching cute puppy or something before you realized how she was smart and deliberating her future, didn't you, Mr. Sugawara? How people there would see her acts? Firstly, most of them just thought a very cute girl of high society attached to the foreign diplomat everywhere innocently, and then she introduced herself to his boss, a woman and the most important diplomat, where the imperial people very afraid of Japan could know the diplomat was just an ordinary woman, who casually had a talk with the kid. ... in the end, she showed him her true color, not evil at all but incredibly smart. Then, Sugawara said to himself... |

There was a lot to take in with this episode. First was Itami's group heading to Rondel, with Lelei being the surprising choice to drive them there. Good thing the vehicle has an automatic gearbox then, but Lelei still demanded full concentration though. Not only that, but we do get to see her blush a few times as well, mostly thanks to Itami's compliment of her outfit at Rondel. Also making her appearance is Lelei's older sister, who has jealousy vibes completely surrounding her. I wonder how their discussion will go next time? Meanwhile, Sugawara was stuck with his 'future' wife, Sherry, who followed him around like a loyal puppy. It's simply astonishing to see how smart she is when dealing with the guests who were slightly afraid of Sugawara, but thanks to his female colleague appearing, it played into Sherry's plan and eventually, the guests warmed up to them both. With Sherry setting out her future already, it seems the misunderstandings will always surround poor Sugawara. ^_^ However, things don't go well after that. The bitch Tyuule's plan works as the emperor collapses after drinking his wine. Looking at the small preview for the next episode, it looks like Zorzal take over his father as the king of the empire. If true, then this empire, as well as the peace talks with Japan, is pretty much royally screwed as we know it. =/ |

They skipped and have changed waaaay more than that. The departure this episode made from the manga and source material was large enough that I now consider this a stand alone. Give they cut out huge swaths of information, change a good deal of the main sceane, and have shoe horned in an event thats happening RIGHT NOW in the manga...either we are in filler hell, or the studio was allowed creative liabilities, or some sort of other deal was made. Hell if I know. If it follows the Novel I guess thats fine as well, but translations for that are fairly difficult to find. Wonder how both differ so widly..oh well still a good show, just can't use the manga for a future look any more. |
