| I really enjoyed this episode, very entertaining as well as lots of funny moments. Like most people have said; I would have liked it even more if there had a been a little hint towards the actual plot of Endless Eight, but oh well. To be honest, I didn't really like the new OP. I've only watched it once, so hopefully it'll grow on me like the ED did. At least we only have to wait 1 week for a new episode this time! xD |

| I just love impatient people. Clearly this episode is going somewhere; heck I even found very subtle hints in Yuki's screentime. The only people that wouldn't notice such hints would be those that haven't read the novels yet. In all honesty, I'm loving Yuki again. I also really like that Suzu and Kyon are getting along a bit better than their usual peon-leader relationship. It's only going to get better, especially with Snow Mountain Syndrome. |

| I'm not much of a fan of the new Opening theme. For some reason the captioning with the main characters names felt awkward, since I didn't think anyone needed an introduction as to who they were. The first seasons OP didn't have that so I dunno why they bothered putting it in the second seasons. thearchlich said: Terrible episode, they should've at least hinted at something right at the end. | It was a pretty OK episode. I don't really like the OP, but the video's good. Hopefully, they'll really show us what Endless Eight is about next episode. I liked this when I read the novel, I remember, but I've always preferred Bamboo Leaf Rhapsody. |

| I love Kyon. :'] The fact the other characters are pretty much obligated to follow Haruhi's summer plans because the order of the universe depends on it, and he's just going because he's bored as hell is awesome. Gotta love how blunt he is, too. |

| I absolutely love this show but...wow...the episode was plain. Any other show it would've been bad but since it's Haruhi it was okay. The only thing that made it good was the NEW OP (And the ED is rather good) and the fact we got to see them wearing so many different costumes/clothes. About it... At least we don't have to wait as long for next New Episode. |

| A huge nosedive in quality from episode 8. Considering episode 8 was godly, this episode wasn't so bad. It entertained me through out (can't get enough of Kyon's monologues), and there were parts that made me chuckle (Yuki's mask, Kyon's procrastination, and this --> ) I like Super Drive better than Bouken Desho Desho, its more franctic which compliments Haruhi's personality and the atmosphere of the show more. Can't wait until this season actually starts to kick in. |

| Another start to another slice of life anime ^_^. Luckily, this series has probably the strongest anime cast (seiyuu and character) in all of anime today. Looking forward twoard the next 20+ episodes :) IMOUUUUUTOOOOOOO!!!! | It was a standard slice of life summer vacation episode, Pretty entertaining, although I would have wished there would have been something supernatural related in the episode. New OP was cool, first one that I liked after the first hearing in a long time. |
| The payment for the part-time jobs was funny. As stated on the first page: when I heard they were going to the batter center, I had something like... Hm-m. So that's how it is. Anyhow, not a very interesting episode to me. Even the fanservice-shots were mediocre. |

| Man, this was a great episode - had me smiling from start to finish, and that doesn't happen very often! Too many good parts to mention. I think my favorite part of the episode was when Yuki chose her alien mask though. That was so cute! |
