| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Ah finally, the episode is here, been waiting for this for awhile. Raku's voice fits I guess. Chitoge has some awesome moves :3 I noticed Kana Hanazawa is voicing Onodera. I guess that works for her characters' personality. Some of the OST was a bit silly but I think it fits the theme well. Go Shaft! Some of the background art of the school reminds me of their style. They also introduced the locket which is a prominent item. Chitoge has a funny sense of humor though. Oh the ending is priceless. I bet he didn't see that coming XD. ED song is alright I guess. |

| Amazing animation and OST. As expected from Shaft. Great first episode. Loving this adaptation so far. ClariS OP <3 Lol at that Zetsubuo reference. Chitoge is in despair! That throw was perfect. HanaKana is doing a great job voicing Onodera. So sweet. That ending scene. Looks like they're stuck together now to prevent the gang war. Can't wait for more! |

| Meeting with Touyama-san's character had main guy's first impression bad, and that angered her, too. And somehow relates to a pendant. The teacher just happens to want to get them together while they don't want to even talk to each other. Hanazawa-san's character has an ... unique hair style (very "yayakoshii", though). Is Hanazawa-san's character hinting that she's the one who gave him the pendant. ??!! Both of them are from yakuza family and were paired up as a couple for 3 years by their parents... OP (ED in this ep.) sounds fine. |

| Wow its weird seeing Nisekoi in a Shaft style, but I have to say it worked really well to my surprise! Lets hope the rest of the adaption works out ^^. |

| Considering how much the manga makes me rage, and the fact that in this episode, I already started raging within 5 minutes of Chitoge's arrival, I'm gonna watch this purely to see how well it's adapted. |
| Aw yeah, Nisekoi anime is finally here! :D The animation is great, Shaft did a pretty awesome job. Especially those first few minutes of the promise~! That head tilt. :3 The OP (ED here) is amazing as well! So colorful~ This is going to be really great, I'm so excited to see the rest of the manga animated! Probably the show I'm looking forward to the most this season. Can't wait for future episodes~ ^^ |

| actually prefer VA Yahagi Sayuri as Onodera. I'm always reading Nisekoi manga while imagining Yahagi's voice as Onodera, because I think Onodera chara kinda similar with Sairenji from TLR |

| Nisekoi has now officially been shafted XD I was wondering how they'll do the old promise without revealing the girls VA but since it's Shaft the answer is obvious XD The VAs are doing an amazing job. Kosaki is Kawaiii already and now with Kanahana...my heart <3 Nao did Chitoge's voice perfectly. Pretty much exactly how I imagined. And I remembered why I used to dislike her at the start of the show. But well she gets better ^^ Loved the cooking scene at the start. Raku at his finest lol XD The end was funny as I remember with how they were forced to be a couple for 3 years. And it begins ^^ Can't wait for Marika. Liking the flute OST :) |

| Well that was a good episode, I think Shaft pull it off really well in this so I hope they keep the pacing decent in here. Though tbh it felt fast pace all of a sudden but still it is decent. Animation and character designs are great, but the art is a bit ehh to me (Well since this is Shaft's production) but I'll get used to it later on. Well just glad that this anime got adapted :D. Also Claris's "Click" was a good choice in here. |

| Been waiting for this anime to come out. That was a great episode. Both Raku and Chitoge's reactions to finding out they have to be in a fake relationship was funny. |

| The very beginning (first 5-6 minutes) felt rushed, but after that, I enjoyed it. Shaft has once again managed to capture my interest. I'm really interested in how this is going to end. I dropped the manga because it felt dragged out to hell. Hopefully the ending of this adaptation doesn't flip me off and tell me to go read it. |

| Damn i love the manga so this anime looks really cheap for me. Animation is sloppy, and it looks too much like Monogatari with all this weird close ups and scenes. Too bad, manga is great and for now anime don't catch it's charm. |

| I like all seiyuu for main characters... I have mixed feelings with romance... So guy like one girl, but he will date other one and have fake relationship and after all falling in love with her? This is plot for romance... Eh... -.- But I will watch it! Also I kinda curious after ending theme, who is that childhood friend... xD |

| Lol, I'm liking the way Shaft did this first episode, just from the begininng with that cooking scene, I knew that Nisekoi got shafted. The music fitted the show well so as the VAs, it was a very fun start, if they keep the style like this, I can't wait for the later episodes. Also seeing Chitoge from the beginning again really does remind me how much I used to disliked her, well I'm a little bit glad that is sorta of going by the book with this one. |

| Simply an incredible adaptation of that manga. I only read a few chapters in so I haven\t spoiled the plot much at all for myself. But damn that animation, OST everything. Top notch voice actor cast... Best anime of the season? Who knows. And still only first episode out :D |

| It was less shafted than I thought and i'm thankful for that, a full shaft throttle of avant-garde styles just doesn't suit a romcom like nisekoi. The only thing that bugged me throughout the episode so far was chitoge's seiyuu. Every time she speaks, yuigahama's image keep popping into my head... -___- |
| Never read the manga before but I feel like I'm going to enjoy this show. Classic Shaft. I'm just in love with their slow motion head tilts, animation quality, foreground/background art, and their quirky yet awesome OST they somehow always end up with. Not really sure if the dramatic black/white head turn at the 15 min mark is even classifed as a SZS reference anymore or if it's just a Akiyuki Shinbo thing. |

| Good first episode. Based on the type of story Nisekoi is Shaft managed to put its own spin and direction on how to present it. The voice fit the characters very well. Totally forgot how much a b*tch Kirisaki was at the beginning of the series. I'll be staying on team Onodera! |
