| Kinda dislike the fact that they brought Gaara back to life. I thought it was a strong opening to have a major character die. It shows the Akatsuki's strength, it shows that it's not always the good guys winning, and it shows that yes, sometimes the good guy dies. Now it's just kind of like "oh no Gaara died, oh wait nevermind guys, let's just bring him back to life lolz no worries". Meh. |

| Man, say what you want, but like this episode actually has me crying because they did a pretty good job with how they allowed the audience attach to Chiyo. Like, this was a character who we haven't known for a ridiculously long time some of these other characters we've known for years, but we got so much about her and it was CONVINCING to me at least. It wasn't a perfect episode, but it got the feeling across. Do I think Gaara should have been revived? Maybe not, but it was still nice. I do appreciate the idea that after so long of shunning Gaara, there's this type of acceptance of him-- seeing everyone come out like that was heartwarming. Heck, just seeing his siblings in the episodes before change was good to see. Ugh, the only thing is while I was trying to watch this episode, my mom was behind me playing loud videos about police brutality or something and kept talking to me-- like, can you please let me watch my anime in peace? I have headphones on so I won't get in your way so can you put your volume down at least?? ALMOST ruined the episode for me. But anyway-- YOU ARE MY FRIEND |

| Idc what people say, this episode moved me. It truly was impactful and almost made tear up (yes I'm emotional :/) Anyway Gaara and Naruto's bond strengthened. New OP and ED were pretty good. Looks like we'll be seeing Orochimaru, Sasuke and a new Team 7 member and a new Jonin too ig. |

| This was a beautiful episode. I'm glad Gaara came back to life, but Chiyo had to give him her own life... really sad, and a very honorable death. |
