Ridiculous. Lame and boring. I hate characters like Alses, so I'm glad he's dead. But why was Idiris not even questioned, let alone punished for his embarrassing loss? |
| Idris is indeed a bastard, basically watching Alses' execution on the sidelines. I was lol when he got one-upped by Hulic, though. What's interesting is why Jouslain supported Idris' move to escort Alses. Combined with the trailer of Jouslain smiling (ominous, seeing that he is usually emotionless), I suppose that something interesting is going to come up soon. |
| Common theory that Lira's death shall have similar consequences to Kircheis death in LoGH was proved in this ep - Fan's wallet vs Reinhard's "necklase", similar scenes. |
| This episode was indeed a bit strange and the battle not really well-done. Probably the worse episode of the series so far. Bbut since most of it must have beenalmost entirely subcontracted somewhere (say Korea) seeing the horrible chara-design and animation and I feel as if they didn't put much attention to it, maybe there really was some staff or budget shortage. I can't explain it otherwise, because there really was a problem with this one. |

I was wondering much the same thing myself. Given the size of his fleet I'd think it would be impossible for Idris to hide the fact that he refused to lift a finger in Alses' defense. I'm hoping he'll have to deal with some form of fallout over the whole affair but it seems unlikely beyond, perhaps, Alses' brother Zarlisch. In the end we're left with Idris safely returned to Uraniborg, no hint of any questions in regards to his actions, apparently quite satisfied with himself that the stakes have been raised in the hunt for Fan. |

| Just got to the currently airing point with this episode now. Want to see the next one! Aaahhhhh! Anyway, as far as this episode goes: Granted, Fan spent too little time with Lira to get this emotional. Also the question is, *if* this got him so hard, what on earth (galaxy) did he do before? Would be better to have something from Lira to cherish then his own wallet, but well.. In one of the previous episodes one of the supporting charters was pointing out exactly this, that he may build up a lot of emotion when the person he likes and that is not there, and because Fan is human too, I can comprehend that he goes in to such irrational emotion. Seems also like the turning point of the series: Fan gets angry with the Tytanians. Suppose hell is starting to break lose now. And for Alses, well not even his brother liked him. Suppose he was an excellent opportunity to create a reason to outlaw Fan entirely. It's noble politics, so the ships that did not come for support, well.. no, not much people would ask about that. And even if, you know, the one who has power also has the control over the media.. and in the noble house most people know what is happening anyway.. |

| So freaking lame. Why does Tytania even have a radar function? It's obviously never useful, and they've been fooled by nearly the exact same tactic three times now. And who cares about Lira? We haven't seen her for like 12 episodes, and we're expected to feel bad about her death? |

| This is the episode that made it officially for me to hate fan. I don't care if alses is an antagonist... It really alerted me that he has been setup in hostaging fan's girl (fawking aid's fault). My sister and I love him for being g a y ... lmao. We love g a y guys! They're so beautiful we can't help it... T^T That's why I really weep when Fan killed him... grr bastard. Alse is weepy and weak, Go chase someone who can fight back damn you! T^T Fan didn't have an accomplishment destroying a cowardly fleeing enemy! @catullus - he's a coward shit. sorry just lamenting. |

| So now what? How can he possibly fight (and win) against Tytania, in fact his best hope was w/ the fleet of 5000+ that he let get massacred oh so long ago. Anyways, I'm not entirely sold on the idea that Tytania will be completely toppled, rather perhaps it will be abolished from the inside, but not sure on that either. |
