"Sea Dwellers"

Another action packed ep that I enjoyed. But I am getting tired of this back and forth with Shakti. By her getting captured, it means that Uso's mother got captured for nothing. Speaking of which, Uso doesn't seem very disturbed or distracted by that at the moment. I hope they tighten things up regarding the story soon.

Well, okay episode, yeah the series isn't really going forward.

One thing's sure, they are on Earth, and so far my favorite episodes of the Gundam series were the episodes of the Earth arcs. Lets hope this one doesn't dissappoint.

At this point in the story, I'm getting sick and tired by Uso's antics. The kid doesn't know what he really wants, nor does he learn that charging in all by himself into some unknown place is gonna get himself or whoever is with him in a world of hurt. He doesn't bother to even think things through, just scream "HURRAH!" and charge. And Shakti, 33 episodes in and she's still this naive girl that hasn't learned a single thing, she doesn't have a shred of suspicion towards anyone else in her.

I MAD.

Speaking of MAD, apart from Marbet, there isn't a single likable character in this show that I'm hoping that Tomino went completely batshit and opted for a Mutually Assured Destruction ending. They all deserve it for being complete dumbasses.

/rant end.

Well, yes. Uso again caused Shakti to get kidnapped, or she herself. I think both Uso and Shakti are too careless with believing people. I think Katejina proved that she is no more on their side but they continue trying to convince her.
And also Chronicle is spoiling Katejina too much. She gets to do what she wants always.

Well, we still don't know what the fuck is going on with Katejina, which means it's going to be some stupid bullcrap like "my grandpa's from the League Militiare and he never respected me so I joined Zanscare, oh and I secretly fell in love with Uso and just wanted him to notice me", and afterwards it's 50/50 whether she dies or ends up rejoining the league. Well, with this show's reputation she's probably going to die...

lulz Uso had an octopus on his head.

Katejina is crazy, but at least she is useful to the plot and does stuff unlike Flay from Gundam SEED. xD

Well, we actually had a kind of "religion" who is feminist! That was interesting. And damn, why did they have to let all of those people die? They could put them on board...

Katejina sure is a crazy bitch haha And why isn't the blonde guy piloting a Gundam as well?

Pretty cool episode. But I'm still kinda confused about Katejina's motivation. It's probably just another one of Tomino's teenage angst, mood swing kinda things which is silly in her case. Or brainwashing, I don't know.

It's also strange that they rarely go in to Queen Maria's feminist and matriarchal ideals, it was only mentioned for the third time so far and very briefly. So I hope they explore that more..

Wow, I was right about a Maria cult/sect ! It's so funny when you know who's holding Maria's cables.

Shakti being the driving force is driving me mad. Since the story has no direction at all on the long course, it has to rely on sending her back and forth between the two camps in order to create movements! Stupid... -_-

About Katejina, I was hoping for a tense confrontation between Uso's ex-mother substitute and his real mother but no... we only got what seems to be the victory of Katejina's lover's side over her maternal side (or not? XD).

4/5 And strangely, the battles remain entertaining. (maybe I am becoming a robots addict -_-)

@St0rmblade Pleeeeease ! Stop bugging the old man ! More seriously, I must be stupid because I love to see him try "novel" things. Besides, the matriarchal aspect is only a disguise. (arf, sorry for the bad reaction)
It's funny to read "Leage Militaire" (a mix of french and english) instead of "Ligue Militaire".

Confusing episode. Why did the League Militiare start blasting missiles at the MA dragon when they knew it would potentially hit Underhook? They knew Shakti and Uso were there (along with innocent individuals who did not follow Maria's ideals), so it seemed pretty careless. Still a very high intense episode.

Ah yes, another new tactic: throwing tires in space! xD

Okay now that Maria's ideals seemingly play some role in the plot I see that Tomino decided to explore women a bit more than in his previous works...by using a group of matriarchical fanatics

Well-animated fight at the end, especially with that stylized still shot. Also League Militaire seemingly doesn't give a damn about shooting missiles into the underwater city.

This is the episode that made me give up for good on Gundam. I'll finish this series and that's it. I'm sick and tired of this feminist cuck Tomino trite.

building an ideal world based on the notions of motherly love?

the ideals of Maria involve changing this world, currently dominated by males, into a world where females are now the central pillar of society....

...all to restructure a world of war into one of peace.

Woman have never had so much power as they have now a days, and the world has never been in such a horrible state & shape.

Since the day of the "girl boss" yadda, yadda, yadda that everything went to shyte, coincidence? I don't think so!

Anyone can just pick up a non revisionist history book and see for themself that every time females are in power everything goes to sh!t, and that they are as much as warmonger, if not more, as we males are. Go read it up, I'll wait.

Reading Tomino wiki page didn't surprise me one iota that he's this kind of feminist/moronic/idealistic cuck. From wiki:

Tomino was born on November 5, 1941, in Odawara, Kanagawa Prefecture, to an old family of regional landowners in Ōjima (in present-day Kōtō, Tokyo).[1][2] His grandfather Kiheiji Tomino was the mayor of Ōjima and statutory auditor of Ōtsuka Rubber Works.[3][4] His father Kihei Tomino was an employee at Japan Processed Fabrics, and his mother Sachiko was the daughter of town councillor and celluloid toy manufacturer Sakichi Tanaka.[5] His uncle Kiheiji Tomino was a member of the Tokyo Prefectural Council.[6]

It's always this pampered, self centered rightious pompous that have never suffered any hardships in real life that this terrible idealism sprout out from. But I am glad to see that the newer Gumdam series aren't the fan favorite the older ones used to be.
