| Very simple question. I am personally leaning towards Shinobu/Arata, those two just click on so many levels, beyond Chihaya and Arata ever could. |

| Somehow I feel like some of you voted for ArataXShinobu because they wish for a ChihayaXTaichi ... But that is some difficult question. I think that Shinobu has a more interesting personnnality than chihaya but for now : ArataXChihaya :) |

Whenever it's the Chihaya/Arata pairing on-screen you get brief and hesitant exchanges followed by longing looks that convey rather ambiguous feelings from Chihaya, unlike Arata. If he'd been developed as much as Taichi, I wouldn't find those conversations (if you can call less than 5 lines of words a conversation) stale, boring and uninteresting. When you get Arata/Shinobu, though, you can see their conversations have a certain snap to them and are a lot more animated and dynamic. Shinobu clearly sees Arata as a rival whereas Arata sees her as a (casual) friend, which infuriates Shinobu. It's obvious neither of them think of each other in a romantic light which makes their exchanges more exciting for me because I think it's only a matter of time before one of them realizes that and then boom... a love square emerges between Chihaya, Taichi, Arata and Shinobu. The biggest plot twist would be Taichi falling for Shinobu (lol). I think that's the only way I could support Arata/Chihaya. Seeing Taichi's huge unrequited love for Chihaya get replaced by Shinobu would be quite interesting to watch, but yeah, not very likely to happen. :| |

Even though there may not be any feelings of romance, Shinobu is definitely attracted to Arata, even if it is just for Karuta. When she first heard about Arata returning to competitive Karuta over the phone, it kind of gave away that she is either interested in him or at least highly regards him, even if it's just an opponent. I really don't want to say who I want to pick for Chihaya. Both Arata and Taichi are amazing in my book the way they cherish their feeling for Chihaya. I was leaning more towards Arata after the first season, but everything changed after watching the second season. And even after Chihaya's declaration, I still believe Taichi has better chance ending with Chihaya and I will love to see that happen sometime in the future. | Taichi and Chihaya all the way!! Arata and Shinobu would be better pairing, plus who doesn't want Za Queen herself? i would love to have her!!!! we would play Karuta all day and she would beat me every single time XD |
| Tough question, but i have and answer... i don't give a sh**. Second season was far better than first because the center was karuta, and i expect (i don't read the manga) that the story will continue this lead. In the end, i will prefer a "rival" relationship between arat and chihaya, with everything that entails in the romance thing. |

I'm sorry but I have a question related to Arata. In season 1 episode two we see information that Arata eyesight without glasses is 0.03. What that means? He wears - or + ? How strong? I ship Arata & Chihaya :* Hope for season 3 and waaaay more of Arata and Shinobu. Especially history when they were younger. Also... Shinobu never wins with Arata right? Sorry 4 my English.
