| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ----------------------------------------  This was a calm episode imo as we return to school. Maria and Saki sure gets along well! Eh, there were some direct yaoi and yuri themes in this but oh well. The beach scene was fun and refreshing to watch. Overall, a relaxing episode to watch imo. Seems Shun also has given Saki a new special item. Dem psychic powers. |

| Sure opens up a lots of questions what happened in between the last episode and this episode besides knowing there was a time skip. This episode has me asking a lot of questions. Tough to make any conclusions right now. |

| The age of 14, we call it hormone rush ^^; The narrator really is not kidding when saying lots of things changed. When 12 year old the kids (not just Saki's group) seems to just do it occassionally. Now they got both sexual drive and stress relief stacking on one another. The opening is not exactly disturbing though. Kind of overdone, it became more of a lolz moment rather than repulsive. Sucks to be Mamoru though BTW, just me or Shun's dog looks so much like Squealer (likely animator's fault) |

| I decided to be mature about this episode. I will as a result unleash my full brain with no insults but scene by scene description. Let’s start with the episode being nicely shown in terms of the lesbianism and gayism of the society. Nothing was shown too explicit and it was quite clear what is going on. Anything more and a porno would be enough to guess what should happen next but at my age this is not needed. I have understood far easily what is happening. In terms of love. It shows that the society is quite competitive going as far as stealing other lovers because they know you can’t hurt them less you feel suffering too cause you hurt another human being. This is what happened with Satoru and the little kid. He did not give a rat’s ass about Shun but instead IMO tricked him by getting a similar gift to his? It looked like it to me but at the very least for sure he stole him from Shun. The other interesting thing is that Saki is not really into lesbianism with Maria. Maria’s laughter made it look like it was a joke the whole lesbianism part. Such as the following,  Whom is quite enticing but by far not serious enough compared to other love sessions that I have seen. As such Saki/Maria are really just using it as it’s meant. To relief stress and not for any serious love like Saki has for Shun. That being said I think Saki is using Maria as a sex friend in that field while Maria might actually have love for Saki like she does for Shun. That’s too bad because I don’t see Saki as a lesbian at all. Another interesting thing there is Saki thinking back to WTF is she doing again. That goes back to questioning her own DNA programming. About thee end, it’s obvious to me that Shun was seen as a risk threat by that priest and IMO they are trying to eliminate him as his mental state may invoke powers that could hurt himself and his society. Remember psychokinesis is connected a lot to feelings and emotions. Whom are not stable in Shun. That being said the last part with Shun x Saki was nice mainly due his collar giving and Saki’s expressions. Rest of my comments including the whole gay/lesbianism debate is in the club. | Yes, that big puppy eyes, and flat head :D About Maria, I think she's just concentrating to show her best with levitating. He's also not talking to her first like he does to Satoru, so better not start being talkative and annoying. They're all trying to show their best to the priest. If he showed interest on them, he might give apprenticeship, or at least connection to a good job. In that case, not so different from what happened in the past. Still, how powerful is their ability ? They mentioned the priest could have split the earth in half (which will definitely kill him, death trigger or not) and Shun seems to do genetic engineering with his power. | Ugg, the animation in this episode was awful. Saki's face was so warped at times i couldn't tell it was her at first. Thank god there wasn't any serious yaoi action other than the kissing. Novel spoilers gave hints to a lot more stuff happening. Thankfully anime seems to be toning it down for a broader audience. The Saki and Maria scene was tame also. It felt like BFFs faking foreplay than actual intimacy. Probably most likely due to Saki's mind more focused on her feelings for Shun. Maria needs to be careful. She's definitely toying with Mamoru. Mamoru has it bad for her and you shouldn't be a playful flirt with someone that's seriously into you. The overall episode seemed rushed and poor. The animation was bad. The story seemed to rush right into the "sex part" stuff that was foreshadowed by the minoshiro data creature. not much was mentioned about the previous two years. I don't even see any subtle hints of interactions with family members or anything. |

| Out of everyone I think I feel more bad for Mamoru, since he clearly has someone he likes, but she's with Saki, and they act as if their is nothing he can do about it. I also felt bad for Shun. It does seem he had feelings for Saki too, although he didn't say anything. And he obviously cared for Satoru, he broke up with him b/c he knew something was gonna happen to him. All so sad : ( |

| I have no problem with Yaoi or Yuri, but this is pointless and shameless. There was no rhyme or reason for this sort of thing to be added. In the end, it had absolutely no effect on the plot, or the characters. They just threw SatoruxSaki out the window and made him gay. He wasn't even looking at Saki anymore.This is something they'll just throw out and forget it ever happened. It was just done for shock value. If anything though, I'm glad it drove more people away than the other way around. This show deserves to be watched by nobody for doing such a stupid thing. You just don't randomly throw something like this into an anime. |

| Aaah today's episode was outstanding. It felt so short and since I already have read the spoilers about what will happen, I am really excited for the next episode. And saddened. ;A; Really saddened. But! I actually thought that all the sexy things going on between the boys and girls was actually really well shown. Nothing too intense and nothing too small either. Just the perfect amount in this episode to portray the significance having a lover really is. I felt bad for Mamoru though, poor guy. ;__; Can't wait for next Friday, so much is about to go down. |
| I thought I might understand the yaoi fangirl's world a bit more after the Shun and Saturo scene, but it seems I'll never be able to enter that yaoi world. Anyway, I'm going to root Satoru and Saki! Satoru lost all his charm though. I liked his cheeky and independent side of him when he was 12. Anyway, I'm more intriged by the "cat" warning! :) |

| Errrr... I know this is normal in their society... So I won't get into it. Kinda uncomfortable seeing Satoru and Shun's interaction... Oh wells. Looks like Saki and Mamoru are the weakest among them... As the mask guy only pay attention to Satoru, Maria and Shun Is that guy looking up Maria's skirt?! That creep! (I would too, in fact I thought about how nobody look up when I first saw her levitate around at the beginning.) I wonder that guy saw in Shun... I got a feeling that Shun is becoming a fiend... which is why he have to go to the "rehab house"... I mean, the society is all "social", but Shun wish to be alone, just like the boy who turn into a monster and suicide in lake. EDIT: What a fabulous society. |
