| Hey MAL. I dont want to come off as an emotional teenage kid whos bored out of his mind. But its basically the truth so i don't blame you for avoiding replying. I am a music producer who is signed onto a record label currently. Recently my computer broke, and my family is pretty dang poor. My dad refuses to let me produce on his laptop, which leaves me honestly, desperately searching for something to do with myself. I really want to drift into something, like writing, or moderating, or just join a community, but nothing is happening. Does mal have any ideas on groups i can join. I just want to meet people, and do something with myself since i can't do what i usually love. It sounds stupid but i feel hopeless and i just want people to go to. Maybe a Club on mal, or a fun hobby? anything. Thanks guys! and truly, im sorry if this is on the wrong board. |

| There is a ton of clubs you could join.. I mean just join ones that you find interesting.. Laptops arent that expensive so you could get a job to save up for a laptop.. | Wait, are you asking to be adopted? You can get a old laptop off of craigslist or off of a police auction. I'm also pretty sure there is some sort of fund for artists you can get on possibly. I swore ive seen websites like that before i just cant find it atm. |

| If your computer is broken, figure out the broken component and swap it out for a new or used but working, should be cheap-ish. If no money, well find a way to make enough to buy the needed part. You should post much more on bandcamp, much better than the boring soundcloud. |

| Try your local radio station. I lot of them have various activities that you can get involved with. Rooms full of equipment that people can use for practice. A good friend of mine used to volunteer a 2 hour radio slot at our local and used to just hang out there using their studio equips to make beats and stuff. Good place to meet people who have similar interests too. |
