On the main MAL forums page, I saw the topic title "STARTS TOMORROW!" as the most recent topic on this board and thought to myself, "there are eight or so shows that premiere tomorrow, but probably a 90% chance that this topic is for Fate/Zero." Go figure.

Yeah, this is going to be pretty great. Although I'm looking more forward to when Caster's out of the picture and they can actually resume the War.

the link to the vid appears EXACTLY on the time they posted, which is about another 15 minutes from now

You DO need an acc to watch any vids on nicodouga, there are some guides out there to help you sign up even thou its all in japanese, googling them shouldn't be too hard.

Only to watch them in fullscreen. Otherwise you can watch it without one. It's only the English site that you need an account to watch anime on.
