| Klan! What have you done woman! You made a confession before a battle? You convicted poor Michael to death with that. No way the script writers would have avoided the temptation of killing him. Only the main guy usually gets such luxuries. And just when i started warming up to the guy after the way he investigated Sheryl and faced Alto about his playing dump act. Seriously though it was probably worse for Klan that for the guy dieing. She was trapped in that glass thing and couldn't do anything but watch him die in-frond of her eyes. The more canning side of me thinks that they killed him because they made the mistake of making Klan a loli in human form and the relationship would have looked bad. Also a big bravo for Sheryl. Her song seemed more wonderful than other times she said it and that speech about her being the voice in despair and singing to comfort people was very nice. Fight on girl! Along with the way she handled Ranka really shows that she's the more mature and professional of the two. Ranka deserved that slap because when people are dieing you can't go around playing the little heart broken brat. She needed a slap to get back to her sense. Sheryl did what she had to do to shake her back and was also kind to her at the same time by hugging her right afterwords showing her how she must behave when in crisis. Rip poor President. It seemed like he got away with it but it didn't last. Wtf Ozman you were late dude! |

| Noooo, Micheal :'( I loved him and Klan as a couple, why'd he have to die as soon as she confessed? D: I also think it was a good thing he died though, there's too many anime out there that only kill off the background characters, it's nice to know Macross decided to be that little bit more realistic. Still made me majorly upset though, RIP Micheal <3 |

| This series is kicking itself into overdrive, after such a really week start. Stupid Ranka though...whatchu doing singing when you're depressed? This is Macross Universe. That makes bad stuff happen. You're indirectly responsible for Micheal's death! |
| So Michael died right after finding out what love really is.. and he couldn't even voice his complete confession. :/ Poor Klan. :( I'm still amazed at how nobody cares for Sheryl.. you can't say that nobody is able to see her.. Well, at least she did what she could and everybody listened to her song :) |

| The drama was intense in this episode. *Salutes* Michael LeBlanc Tears and emotions aside, the outlook of this episode is highly positive. The pet has been worrying me for quite some time already, only for everything to wreck havoc on the Frontier. And WHY can't Mishima just realise he is being manipulated by Grace? Everything is going according to her plan now! Thumbs up for Sheryl in this episode. Her song just paved the way for the intensity in mood for the following minutes to the end of the episode. 5/5, what else? |

| *slap* *hug* Motivation restored Punching a guy in the abdomen to lower his head and kiss him - genius. But damn what a great confession, and everything that came after. RIP best boy with best voice ;_; The moment Michael was stabbed was the same as the words "goodbye, sayonara" should've been sung ;_; Though the song stopped. But how did he end up in space? They were inside the building on Frontier, weren't they? I guess it's implied that they moved to the ship part of the whole structure through the underground. The scaling is a bit messed up but I'll let that slide. Those two idiots knew about the coup d'etat plan but didn't even bother to warn the president ?(Who is a father of one of them) ... That was just retarded. The communications were probably controlled by Leon's men. Nanase wasn't shown injured immediately after the shot (before the fire breaks) yet she seems almost half-dead... I wonder who was that dead pink-haired girl. Given that the red-haired girl's family was shown, she's going to die too, I guess. The moment of the song about tears coincided with Sheryl crying damnnnnnnn so good See you, space playboy |

| Come to think of it, Brera's tech reminds me of Bowman's tech from Macross Plus. Also, holy crap. It's been a while, but that was sure a lot carnage. |

| This was a climax (so I can see why they decided to skip to this for the Tamashii Nation 2022 stream. Ranka interpreting Alto's comforting of Sheryl is classic Macross. |
