| i thought in this chapter natsu would go berserk with the power upgarde, not being able to control the power flowing within him, showing dragon features, but they had to waste the remaining 13 pages on ezra and jellal. waited 2 weeks and this what we get... im a natsuxerza fan. |

| Haha, Jellal you playboy. He really had me fooled there for a sec with his "Fiance". I support Jellal X Erza, so I really didn't mind the panels they were given. It had to be done eventually and this is a good set up for the future. To the people complaining about Jellal... are you fucking kidding me? I'd much rather see him than Natsu. Natsu just wins fights by pulling the same shit out of ass while acting like a fool all the time (played out). Jellal is by far one of the more interesting characters IMO, only Laxus would have the upper hand on him. Also, all we've seen so far from Jellal is either him holding back power or injured. He was one of the 10 Saints and we will all soon see why. Also, I don't know if we call that training, but it looks like it's complete. |

| Loved this chapter, still wondering did Erza and Jellal kiss or not? Haha, I fell for the fiancee lie -_-' I lol'd since Erza saw through it. I'm looking forward to seeing the outcome of the team's power up. Man, I wish people would STOP with the trolling and complaining about the ONE romance scene, seriously, just because it has romance doesn't mean it's a shojou! There are alot of shounens that have romance. If it was just fighting, fighting, fighting, IT WOULD GET BORING. Love does exist, even in shounens And Jellal is awesome, leave him alone. Good on ya Mashima, keep up the good work. |

HE knows it will break her heart but he is convinced that it is the best for her in the long run, and unlike most times that argument has been raised Jellal actually has a point. He is one of, if not the most, wanted men in the world, and while some might see it as romantic for Erza to throw away everything ELSE good in her life for him he knows that while love is where a relationship ends in the end real world elements, (aka being from two families that hate each other in Romeo and Juliet) can unfortunately present an insurmountable obstacle to the love working out. And THIS is what is tearing Jellal up inside he can either give Erza short term happiness OR long term happiness, but short of being pardoned or at least having his sentence SEVERELY downgraded he ca NOT give her BOTH. I want them to have a happy ending but I am not sure how it could be pulled off. @Sarroush YES. Jellal did a LOT of horrible things but he is working hard to atone for his crimes. That is why even though he would not mind dieing he does not kill himself, he knows on some level that that would be taking the coward's way out, and would just be an example of him running away from his crimes. Jellal at this point reminds me of Abel Nightroad from Trinity Blood, someone who has done unspeakable atrocities and is doing everything in his power to atone for them, even though he believes it is not possible. In fact Abel's atrocities are MUCH worse as it was stated that in his back-story he killed 7 MILLION people. Yet BECAUSE we know Abel from his atoner period wee all just want to give the big guy a hug and tell him that despite the fact that he once said "even if the whole world forgives me, I will not forgive myself." That not only does he e deserve to forgive himself but he NEEDS to forgive himself if he ever wants to truly atone. NOTE that does NOT mean forgetting the horrible things he has done but simply acknowledging them as a art of his past and moving on ala kenshin |
