None have actually nor almost made me cry, but I did find Clannad/Clannad After Story and Air to have some very sad/powerful moments. They've all pretty much been mentioned already

On the side, both Air and the Clannad series are of my top anime. Key's really good, I have to try Kanon some time

Though it's the only anime that managed to make me cry, I somehow cried during the *entire* last episode of A Little Snow Fairy Sugar, from the opening song to the ending credits, ugh.

The ending of Maison Ikkoku. (Seriously, watch this show. One of the best romantic comedies you will ever see.)

I was weeping like a baby through much of Barefoot Gen too...

When a certain character dies during a mecha sword battle in Gankutsou. I think it was his noble actions and the way we could really see he was in agony that did it for me.

So sad when he lost one of his pokemon. He just kept losing 'em to random people (example: charizard left him for another girl).

Fullmetal alchemist had some touching moments that really got to me, even a second time in Brotherhood.

The part in Kanon with Yuuichi and Mokoto on the hill, the entire scene killed me.
The ending of Air got me to, poor Misuzu. Pretty much anything made by key kills me on the inside, except Clannad, suprisingly that never made my watery eyed.

Well, i'm not a true blue cryer (dont think i've actually 'really' cried since i was in elementary, sad? I'm 21 now =P), but a select few animes have made my eyes water a bit + were a bit more emotional for me.

Eureka Seven
Kanon 2006
Last ep of H20
School Days
Da Capo

how could i forget: Hanbun no Tsuki ga Noboru Sora

The last episode of Code Geass...
I don't know why I just cried when you know who did you know what and then when you know who was talking and what you saw. *i don't want to give anything away*

And I even was told like two days before I watched it what would happen and I STILL cried my eyes out!!
