| Brutal, not the royalties getting burnt to a crisp, I couldn't care less about them, the dish washer who was silenced purely to remove Griffith from a potential speck when ascending the throne. You're damned if you do, and you're damned if you don't. I think the bulk of us folk can understand the sentiment. While the dishwasher clearly did it for the payment, you can't help but think he was stuck between a rock and a hard place. |

| Guts' dream about applying medicine symbolizes that Casca is like a medicine to him now.. healing his childhood trauma. And him feeling safe embracing Casca while he sleeps, he has become his sword - the sword that he couldn't sleep without embracing it... and Casca's dream of becoming Griffith's sword, if she cannot be by his side as a woman, is realized by becoming Guts' woman and sword.. Those panels where Guts ends up choking Casca gives a perspective on the psychology behind choking.......... I wonder what it means really. I really wonder about Miura in all of this.. what was his life like.. |
