| ohh, that's exactly what i wished for! i really hoped she would die again and again. not because i don't like her, no! she's really cute and i don't want her to die and it made me cringe everytime to see her die and to see okabe so shocked, but it'll drive okabe into even more despair and i think it'll be pretty heart-breaking and exciting to watch. (wow, i'm a bit masochistic today.) solman said: i thought about this, too. i think if he manages to save her, it'll change the world completely and it'll make everything even worse. maybe he'll have to accept her death at the end? that's my assumption.the twist for me would be if he actually manage to change mayurii´s destiny, and what impact it would have on the world or even the universe. | I guess that's what happens if you try to change destiny. You can't except the fact that you can't change it and you keep trying. Time travel can be an evil trap. I hope there will be a way for Mayuri to live. I will miss her "tu tu ru" :( p.s.What if he send a D-mail instead of time-travelling himself??? I mean D-mails change the world lines right??? |

| TIME "LEAP!!!" Gotta love Miyano's voice and how intense dat opening scene was. Rembrandt lighting? Damnnit Mayuri died again(ARGHHH RAGE!!!).Once again FUCK YOU MOEKA!!! Okarin trying to warn Kurisu and Daru.(Thought it was interesting how in both worldlines Kurisu was able to figure who that Okarin had time leaped) And Mayuri's next death by train,TOO CRUEL.(Seems like someone made Nae trip,thus pushing Mayuri into the train.) And dat face Okarin makes,you can see the true terror in his face from witnessing Mayuri's death yet again.And the desperation over trying to save Mayuri. |

| Rewatching the show now and the way it builds to this part is just brilliant and involves a lot of little foreshadowing moments. One moment that happened a few episodes ago and I thought was very subtle was when Mayuri and Okabe meet Moeka in the alley and as she's walking away Mayuri says "she's so beautiful. I bet she'd look great in cosplay", which is kind of ironic considering Moeka shoots her while wearing a latex body suit. |

| It seems like fate just won't let Mayuri live :( And was this episode rushed or was it like that in the VN? I don't understand how Okabe randomly escaped all those goons and Moeka, who had a car, and managed to escape back to his apartment. |

I just wanted a direct simple answer of how he went from point A to point B. Did he out run the Rounders, lose them at a corner, stole Moeka's car? | This anime does a great job of making you feel helpless. The futilely of fighting the inevitable is incredibly well done here, and the frustration that we feel is the proof that this is a powerful anime experience. |
