| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Shit went down at the end there. Looks like the plot is going full force now. Got a nice fight with mr blue flame, who calls himself Lunatic. I quite enjoyed the quiet scientist guy in his screen time this week. "ARE YOU ASLEEP? HEY TIGER ARE YOU SLEEPING YET WOULDNT THIS BE A REALLY COMFY PLACE TO SLEEP?" I think that creepy guy at the end might be Lunatic, the colors on his tie matched the flames perfectly. |

| That was a really intense episode. I thought Lunatic's design looked silly from the main website but he was really creepy. When he shoots his arrows and leaps around it almost sounds like people screaming. Kind of wondering what his idea of "Justice" is though, because in the preview it looks like he attacks the NEXT kid fighting with Ivan. Seems like he doesn't care if he's fighting NEXT or regular people. |
| FUCK YEAH THIS EPISODE I don't care how many times the differant brands of justice clash thing has been done, that was such a sick way to debut Lunatic. And to top it off, there was Blue Rose being a sexy motherfucker and even better bromantic banter than usual. Before it amused me that both Blue Rose and Fire Emblem made better partners for Kotetsu than Barnaby, but seeing how Kotetsu(and others) handled him in his desperation this episode was such awesome development on both sides. |

| Poor Tiger. Everybody's so mean to him. Even Barnaby got nicer treatment in the sleeping pod. :( Woah, get a load of that judge's hairdo!! | I thought Lunatic being the judge was as good as established before we even knew much about Lunatic. The end of episode five(after credits) had him exiting as he dropped a newspaper that spontaneously combusted blue. Lunatic was in the OP with his blue flames before he even made an appearance in-show. If that's not good enough for you, the third DVD/BD cover now features Barnaby, Barnaby in powersuit, the judge and Lunatic. |
| Excellent episode, especially the second half. It was interesting to watch the heroes try to save lives while Barnaby was dealing with a grudgematch. Also, apparently those flames are really hot, since they can melt those wires that Saito is so proud of. The judge being Lunatic is fairly obvious, but at least it's being ambiguous enough in-show to not come off as clark kenting. |

| so Lunatic is that judge at the end. interesting with a judge giving out his own judgements of justice. this was a really good episode and this is really getting good. Fire Emblem and Blue Rose are better partners for Tiger. Tiger really is a good guy though stlil trying to help everyone even if they are kinda mean to him. Bunny maybe will be nicer soon. still want to see more Rock Bison, and Sky High they are real bros. |

| Loved how Kotetsu had to finish off Blue Rose's catch phrase when they partnered. She was so tsuntsun when she booted him off the stage. I wonder if they'll show a dere side to her? On the action front, it looks like things get more serious from now on. Interesting that for the first time all the heroes disregarded points and were trying their hardest just to save lives. I wonder if this sets up a collision with the corporate mission statement for hero tv? |

| Too bad the second part of the episode was so-so due to an average battle direction, the first part was really good. Still, this Lunatic NEXT is an interesting addition, very Kira-ish at that (well, he's a judge, so...). |

They introduce a villain that is seriously amazing and an excellent antagonist, however I get the feeling that he is not the end, I'm betting Lunatic is going to be defeated by episode 12-13 when someone even worse shows up that will be the real bad guy for the rest of the series. But that's just my theory, Lunatic just doesn't seem like a long term villain to me. The character development was good too, Bunny is significantly better in my eyes. Lunatic is the one thing that is leaving me perplexed, and that is a good thing. I don't want all the Ouroboros stuff to get resolved. Drag it out, make us wait, maybe take us one massive side trips that end up completely sidetracking us. And most importantly make it so we have a SECOND SEASON!!! (and that season will cover Ouroboros... or just get closer *wicked grin*) I never ask for a second season this early in the show, but Tiger and Bunny is different, I could watch and rewatch this series, never growing tired of it. So if it got 50+ episodes in all I would be set for life. Now, back to Lunatic, who else had this O_O plastered on their faces when he appeared and started doing stuff? |

| Blue Rose and Tiger tandem was good. Blue Rose: ....... cold. Tiger: ...... on hold. xD And the chase scene was intense!! Lunatic seems an interesting character and so with his cool powers. Looking forward for more!! |

I re-watched the first five episodes again. Despite the cleaver writing and fantastic animation, there are still some significant flaws, but that episode 7 really sold me. I'd like to see where they go, if they end it one season... well ok... but I hope there will be more, because if done right this story could go a long distance. K-ON! got 36 episodes and that was freaking amazing. P.S. (NOT asking for Bleach length though... love that show but wow it is running way too long.) P.P.S. (Cliché isn't a bad thing, necessarily.) |

| Finally some Major villains and little bit more plot advancement seems like this anime got more interesting. I like the battle scene with Bunny and Lunatic was well animated and highly action packed so far in the series. |
| Once again, I'm rather disappointed with Tiger's personality. It's odd for me that for someone who's more experienced than his partner didn't really prove that he is. Esp in terms of attitude. Kinda expect him to be more of a father/brother figure to Bunny to the point Bunny secretly starts to admire him as a hero. Nonetheless, Tiger is still my fave superhero :3 Alright, as for Lunatic, i hope he's an acceptable villain. but now i'm thinking that he probably killed those bad guys cos he got sick of dealing with them in court lol. |
| I find that this series being up to this episode makes me feel like a kid from the 1990s! It is brilliant in super heroes and marketing with brands such as Pepsi, Softbanks and Bandai sponsoring the series, I have no doubt it will the EPIC super heroes show of this season. I like everyone except Fire Emblem’s tendencies of gay stuff. I don't have anything against it but it is just annoying sometimes even though it is funny at times. My favorite is Dragon Kid! She is cool and I like her appearance much more than Blue Rose. Tiger and Barnaby are pretty cool so far but the King of Heroes is like the Rocketeer. This episode makes not mistake in being glorious in its fight of Barnaby VS Lunatic. I think it was great! Loved all the jumping and slamming! I also had a few tears here and there of Nostalgia due to the OST more than the scenes themselves. About Lunatic, lunatic is pretty nuts himself as follows,  his powers are insane in the membrane! I mean one sudden non seen shot and the Church is engulfed then sudden freaking arrow rain and the whole Church is engulfed! Holy shit only Fire Emblem might do that and the engulfing is rather crazy IMO since it's really fast. Lunatic's flying is not steady like the King of Heroes but his face is like his name implies “Lunatic!” According to the flying pattern in the spoiler That's no surprise since I am 100% that the following,  is him exactly! In fact him being a judge makes sense of wanting to do such a justice while always seeing some criminals coming back because after they got out of prison they commit the same crime again. About preview, looks like next episode Tiger visits a school and I seriously wonder what is it going to be with seeing 2 of him at one point. Looks like Lunatic is back at firing his arrows, almost killing someone again. Strangely those 2 people fight and among it all a sandstorm? Maybe one of them is a NEXT with powers of Sandman. I love the title of the next episode being There is always a next time. Great series! Super Heroes like in the 1980s/1990s. |

| This series is really picking up, now! Definitely getting the Light Yagami vibe from Lunatic. The oxygen chamber scene was pretty great. xD |

When I heard the name Lunatic I just nodded my head. It works for me. What a horrible combination Tiger & Blue Rose make. But to get another chance to see Blue Rose, it was worth it. |
