Are you kidding me???

http://www.politicolnews.com/roethlisberger-3rd-rape/

He's got a shitload of money, people with money ALWAYS beat charges...

I suppose you also think O.J is innocent...

Oh and BTW, Kobe DID rape that girl, at the very least it wasn't consensual..

So you're one of those people who don't realize those girls are only after the athlete's money. Also Kobe most definitely did not rape her.

I kind of give Kobe the benefit of the doubt, but Roethlisberger is sleazy. He's been known to be sleazy. He should not even be playing in the NFL. 2 charges are no coincidence imo.

Also did anyone else notice Mendenhall dry humping Ben after that 1st kneel when they piled on him? Pretty funny.

Well I was half joking about Kobe, who knows what happened there...

HOWEVER, I really believe that Ben has raped at least one of those girls, there's no way that all of them are just out to get his money, it's too much of a coincidence.

Anyways, getting back on topic:

THANK YOU STEELERS, for beating the hated Jets and saving my sanity from having to hear 2 weeks of Rex and the rest of those guys.

Steelers vs. Packers....should be a good game.

My Prediction

Packers 31 Steelers 21.......MVP (Aaron Rodgers)

The Steelers are guaranteed to win. They're just going to pay off the refs like they did the last 2 times.

Out of the Steelers and Packers, I want the Packers by far.

Well at the very least he didn't deserve the first one against the Seahawks in SB XL...

That was without a doubt one of the WORST officiated Super Bowls ever.

I guess just like the Miami vs Dallas Finals was probably the worst officiated Finals ever. So by that logic, D.Wade didn't deserve the championship he won.

I'd rather see him win a 3rd Superbowl than see Aaron Rodgers win a 1st.

This is one thing I completely agree with you on.

Too bad they didn't knock Cutler out of the game earlier. The Bears might have actually won the game if they had.-_-

well Steelers/Jets was a no win situation, like a lot of people I hate them both. after the Steelers got handed that superbowl vs the Seahawks I've hated them almost as much as the Patriots.

I'm a big Aaron Rogers fan so if the Packers don't win I won't be happy.

*SIGH*

REALLY?!?!

You're really going to compare ONE game to SIX games, I'm not going to fight with you about this, especially in an NFL thread, no one here is talking about basketball.

You're right. A 4 game screw job is far worse. There is a NBA thread for further discussion. :/

Apparently the sanchize needs to spend less time on pepsi commercials and more learning how to throw efficiently when he's not 100%. Least interesting super bowl matchup ever. I've also noticed a favoring of the steelers in EVERY game. I wonder how many classier organizations would have cut or traded the rapist after the 3rd allegation. Patriots probably would have.

I was hoping for Ravens vs. Packers but Steelers vs. Packers sounds good too. Hopefully Packers win. Steelers don't need another Lombardi trophy.

besides all the animosity for the two QBs, i think it's a pretty interesting matchup. hopefully neither team will show the inconsistency they have lately. otherwise could be a domination of the defenses. i actually wouldn't mind either team winning, so i'm rooting for whoever i bet on...to cover :D.

I'm from Wisconsin with a huge sense of state pride. I'm not even a fan of football, but I become interested when the Packers make the play offs. For them to head to the Superbowl makes me quite happy. I'll be rooting for them all the way.

God only knows how high the domestic violence rate will rise if they lose. Actually, No. The worst part of this is how many times i've seen "black and yellow" everywhere -_-

Since I am a Michigan man I suppose my allegiance lies with my boys in the NFC North. I am hoping for the Packers to win, but if I were to bet I would bet on the Steelers.

Third string offensive linemen vs. Clay Matthews, I don't think this will be as close as everyones anticipating. Anything could happen though, should be one of the best.

my pick

I'll probably regret saying this later, as I don't have much knowledge when it comes to football, but I'll say the Packers will win with a spread of 10.

Well I was damn close. If Pittsburgh failed that 2pt conversion I would have been money. Still wasn't that entertaining of a game to be honest. But I'm glad to see Charles Woodson and Donald Driver win a ring. I've always been a big Woodson fan and Driver has been playing so well for so long.

WOW, excellent prediction, you should've taken your money to Vegas...

Either way, I'm happy for Rodgers, no longer will he have to answer to idiotic Favre questions.

He waited patiently for his turn, and the Packers made the RIGHT decision in letting Favre leave... and now he has rewarded the city of Green Bay.

Yeah, honestly my interest in the game dwindled around the time players started dropping like flies. For some reason it just dwindled my interest in the game and I thought for sure that the game was going to involve Big Ben picking off the gimped secondary of the Packers, but he and the Steelers in general, looked very flat to me.

Rodgers and the packs? They looked pretty good. Man Rodgers is a beast.

the game itself was good but overall super bowl blows. Halftime show and national anthem suck. Its worse for the people that were there since the weather was bad and some couldn't even get in.

I watched a part of it while eating dinner. Although I just found out that Christina messed up with the national anthem.
And I hate that commercial with Justin Bieber. I almost lost my appetite! Why must he be everywhere?! It's what I expect for the Superbowl commercials. They are always weird.

I get tired of hearing the anthem. Hearing her sing it today through TV made me cringe, luckily I have a mute button. What's worse is she fucked up too. And this year's half-time show was almost as bad as the last.
