| Awesome episode, certainly one of the best in the series. Orson just dominated with that Heroic Spear Jump, took me by surprise and honestly stood up everybody in terms of badassery. Really sad to see the Loyal and Alluring Pirotessa sacrifice her life. Ashram was an interesting one, glad he appreciated her devotion, sad that he didn't try to escape and make the most of her sacrifice. 5/5 here, vastly underrated I'm afraid. |

| Parn has mad aiming skills, making the ballista hit the dragon right in its eye. And then that moment lightning strikes it at that exact moment; how does that even happen? I also liked how the dragon proceeded to just turn around right away, lol. Nooo, not Ashram. :( He was one of the coolest looking anime villains ever. May he rest in peace. |
| Touching death indeed, even despite the obvious lack of time to develop the characters properly. I guess the charismatic dark elf couldn't have been left like that by the creators, hence the existence of Crystania. Ashram would've been dead anyway, thanks to Karla's ways of "protecting" Lodoss if not now. |
| @St0rmblade "Charismatic"? XD Don't you mean "sexy"? From what I remember, Pirotess was added to the cast for the anime adaptation, replacing a male elf and some female warrior (Ashram's squad was a lot different originally, since he had really recruited a full RPG team, mirroring the heros group in a way). About Crystania, I've never been able to read parts of it but because of what I wrote above, I wonder if the (nice) film also added the character in or if it was copied into the books (taken from the OAVs) before that. |

| Ashram is capable of love for a woman too huh i thought he is pure selfish warrior but he died together with his lover Dark Elf Pirotess damn that is one sexy hot Dark Elf gone but good thing the Red Dragon is dead too along with them although the Scepter of Domination is taken away by somebody that looks like the Grey Witch |
| Cool episode. The lances they used to defeat the dragon really remind me of the Dragonlance novels. |

| As much as I would've hoped those two idiots died there, Ashram probably lived because plot armour. Don't think the dark elf woman did though, so at least there's that. |
