| This was a perfect time for an adventure with the trio of Chika, Koyomi, and Yui together. Speaking of which, their friend Yui is underrated imo. Koyomi looked like she was born to go on this adventure though lol Koyomi playing in the park is an adorable thing to see. Food looked tasty as usual too. |

| Koyomi is a ball of energy and she is a great addition for comedy. The girls heading to Tokyo this time which was nice to see. And there was a lot going on besides Koyomi acting like a dog. The girls also had a nice food tasting again. |
| Koyomi's goofy side is fun to watch, and that scene at the station where she was showing her tan line was definitely suggestive. Another trio journey with Chika, Koyomi, and Yui where the girls have a fun time. |

| When they said 'west of Tokyo', I thought it gonna be places like Takao, Mitake, Akiruno, Oku-tama, or Tachikawa. But it turned out to be just Shibuya. lmao..... A big city tour for them once in a while. | This week we get to the see the continuation of Hassu and Chika island's trip, their breakfast looked very nice and so did their biking experience (even though it must be really difficult in summer for sure). They're joined by Yui for a fun Tokyo visit where the three girls get to rekindle their friendship. Such sweet moments, in particular loved the Yui/Hassu interactions, wouldn't have guessed they actually get along (more or less) considering their personalities. |

| Episode that deserves a lot for what is shown and for what is unexpectedly shown that surprises because it is not expected. Anime that does not disappoint despite the battlefield being quite crowded, especially in this season in which there are other very interesting anime series. For now this anime series is defending itself well, but the competition is fierce, I can't wait to see which anime, which deals with the same topics as this one I'm commenting on, will be the best at the end of the season. |

| Awashima conquered! Koyomi and Chika’s duo trip was a success and TIL electric assisted pedalling bikes exist?? Now I wanna ride around some parts of Japan like that! The girls exploring Tokyo as a trio was such a vibe though. There’s just something so relaxing about a group of friends being silly and losing themselves in the big city together, the only thing that matters is enjoying each other’s company! It also helps that Tokyo is so massive you could spend weeks exploring it and still not see all the cool and hidden gems. We only saw them hit a few spots today, but there’ll be plenty of opportunities for more with this group! Poor Koyomi got sunburnt BAD from Awashima, she was out here looking like Nagatoro 😂 kinda suits her though honestly. Shibuya Sky seems like such a vibe, I’ve not been there, but I’ve been to Roppongi hills which has amazing views of the city too, especially at night. I’ll have to try out Shibuya in the fall when I’m back in Japan. Yoyogi park also seems much more chill than Shinjuku Gyoen so adding that to the list! Ok but the most important part of any trip, what’re we eating? Those pancakes looked so good now I’m hungry af lol. Think that was in Harajuku, the former fashion capital of the world? So many off the wall instagrammable spots there. Wish we’d have seen the Yakiniku too.. ok I’m hungry clearly lol “But because of you two I feel like I can work hard again tomorrow” 😭 “just know that we’ll always have each other.” Yea this cheesy shit gets to me, I love seeing tight knit friend groups and I love seeing the positive impacts of travel. Can’t wait for next episode I love these girls sm |

| After such a long walk its only right that they take the bus back. Wappani sure looked tasty. Bike rides are the perfect way to explore. The view from Shibuya sky must be quite majestic. Hassu's future goals is just like her. Glad that their trip to Shibuya ended that well. Shame that so many of the places that Yui wanted to go to was closed though. |

| Super fun episode. I absolutely love the chemistry between Chika, Koyomi and Yui. Whenever they are together, it's always going to be fun to watch those three do stupid things while also enjoying the amazing views. Loved how they talked about their high school days and how they could see each other with no planning ahead. But now, they have to plan to see each other. That makes me want to cherish my moments with my friends more and makes me want to cherish my memories more too. :) Memories and friendships are important guys. 5/5 |

All the backgrounds in this entire episode, apart from the curb next to the bike, the trees (just basic foliage tool in a graphics program) are ACTUALLY PHOTOGRAPHS with the brightness cranked up and a filter applied. Those tetrapods where the seagull was standing? A picture- and an obvious one at that. Look at the clouds- it's a photograph. The fishing boats- photographs. LOOK AT THE DELIVERY VAN next to Chika when she gets on her rental bike- you can see that's a picture of a parkingklot. Nobody drew a damn thing. Then the cityscapes- Encouragement of Climb did the same thing- all those little buildings, it;s all a photograph with the brightness cranked up. Every street and building. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? This isn't even anime folks. I gave Ubel Blatt (Satelite) a lot of crap for how terrible their production looked; but now I am seeing their efforts differently. That was ANIME. They actually had people trying (and mostly failing) to animate action scenes and draw tents and airships and some buildings. But this hasn't even spent a dime on animating anything but it's two moving characters. All the rest of it is just photography- that city scape 9:20 probably came directly from Encouragement of Climb or they sent someone to visit the same place and record it on his phone (probably the former not the latter because it's CHEAPER). It's not an anime city. It's just a couple of slightly cute female characters to entice male viewers, and lazy picture backgrounds lightly modified in photoshop. 1/5. I feel very cheated. |

On occasions it's painfully obvious that there's a joke lost in translation and instead of them trying to come up with something they're like "fuck it, just translate it as it is and call it a day", like in today's episode when hasu was talking about the day being "flour themed", there's obviously a pun in there in japanese for sure |
| That was pretty cool! They find the bus, and then some bikes to ride around the island. That's a trip! But the 2nd part? The city. Around Shibuya. Damn... I want that too (minus the closed attractions... Damn it, Madrid!) Yui stating facts: Senpai is Senpai  And then, delivering a low blow to Hassu:  See? "Japanese people and their incredibly long and totally descriptive names for anything that has to do with adventures, even if it is just a trip in the same city."   |

| The continuation of the midsummer trip around Awashima, settling for a sunset for a rest before trekking the other route, seems nice! Travelling around the small island by bike is a better alternative way, though with the mountainous regions that require considerable amount of work from one point to another, this midsummer adventure is quite the fierce battle. Though Koyomi didn't put sunscreen and turned so tan, it looks very sexually suggestive lol. The trip continues with Yui in Tokyo, more to the West this time in Shibuya, where Yui fills in historical elements. Out of the 3 childhood friends, Koyomi has always been the one who can blend in her surroundings better, and Chika has definitely seen her fruits of spending time together with both Yui and Koyomi to strive to do better. The Happy 3 Ladies, all spending time together like their school counterparts. |

| The trip on the island continues. Koyomi got a tan, they had a long bike ride xd “An Epic Midsummer Journey: Tokyo Arc!” Chika, Koyomi, and Haru went to Tokyo. It was really nice to see the three of them together. And the ending <3!! Very nice, very good chapter.  |
