| Setsu is like a JRPG protaognist who is on his adventures but along the way finds others that he helps, almost in a quest matter. Well, this episode continued his adventures and seems that Ruri kid really trusts in Setsu. In a nutshell, this was a boring episode imo. Setsu carrying Ruri and running with that smirk was kinda amusing though. |

| The girl who carried her grandfather's philosophy, Ruri is on her own facing a monster while carrying goods, along with a precious package. Setsu saving her from the monster, and despite his errands, he will only follow her until a certain section. But since going to the demonic continent where all contact and wayward travel is forbidden, Ruri is halted in her tracks, and saved from harm and getting her most precious brooch confiscated. Out of options, Setsu has a plan to get there since he's going to the demonic continent as well, but for now, they must rest. The brooch is of significant memory to Ruri since it's the last job that her grandpa did to repair it, but to Setsu, it raises questions about what has happened. No time to get flustered, because the same guards will accuse them far and wide, for Setsu has a backup plan: through the dragon Leviathan to take them to their destination. This is definitely a slow and sluggish episode to get through. |

| Hmm idk. I really liked the first episode with the Arifureta/kumo desu whole class being summoned set up, the masochist waifu, etc. but this episode was a step back for me. The new girl was cute, but I didn’t really connect with her or her story and the stuff with the knights was kind of lame. The brooch seems to foreshadow the red haired girl from the OP and the OP looks pretty hype so hopefully things pick up. |

| Yeah I didn't quite understand what this episode had to do with the previous one since all the characters except Setsu were absent and we instead got introduced to a new girl Ruri. I'm assuming that there will be some continuity later on and maybe everything will eventually become interconnected. Regardless, this episode was ok and I hope the other characters, such as Elka, return. |
| This was a backstory how ruri meet setsu and is now his bodyguard to go to the demon country. That was not so bad how i thought for a generic isekai tbh. |

| This is what I really love about this adaptation. The pacing is really great, understandable, interesting, and enjoyable to watch. I am also talking about the flashback scenes where even a simple filter could make a scene interesting to watch, it really depends on how they portray or to adapt the story and I'm digging their quality, for now (I hope it won't degrade overtime). Theme songs couldn't get any better... The little girl's VA was rather irritating to listen (the voice and not the personality) because listening to how she manages to portray her is kinda bad when she's screaming but when talking regularly, it's fine and dandy. MC this time is not over the top and is exactly what I hoped him to become. So far, the quality of the adaptation is GREAT or BETTER when compared to other adapted isekai. P.S. You must know that the MC is not outright OP from the start, this is his 2nd life in another world so hating this guy because of no "underdog trying to climb to the top story" is just simply absurd. lol |
| It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it, is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service. |
