| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- The drama here is pretty good^^ It looks like Ishihara is playing a big part in the series besides torturing the cell mates, he really wants Rokurouta dead from the looks of everything >.< I love the part where Mario throws a punch, it shows that he has a strong resolve but it's the shame that he has to get beaten up in the end =.= Lets hope that he can still throw a punch with his right hand after that injury. Rokurouta fighting at the end was good to see, those people really deserved a good beating. |

| Wasn't the best idea to meet those guys alone, thats what I would say. with this, i think his dream is all but dead. :/ Won't rate it until i see the subbed version, overall the episode was good and at lease 4/5. |

| Wow, I hate Ishihara and the doctor even more than I did before, and a new hate has sprung up for those bitches that ganged up on Sakuragi and Mario. I was glad Sakuragi got the final punch in on that one guy, though! I can't wait to see the subs since so I can fully understand the episode. Edit: Preview for next episode - "Sakuragi is ready to accept his fate." Please...PLEASE don't tell me that it's hinted that Sakuragi is going to die? ;___; |

| I know this is a bit late and stupid question..... Why izzit Sakuragi get to grow longer hair than others?? 0.0 The "Sakuragi getting beaten and not resisting it" makes me feeling like the scene I watch from One piece..... Does that means that Sakuragi doesn't fight back because of pride?Refuse to lose to his own feeling?....Letting people to hit him but not getting angry .subjectivism ( I felt kinda out of topic though LOL)? After the hearing Mario's Hand getting smashed,Sakuragi has made his decision.He has found a reason to kick ass!!! Back before He has no reason to fight because the reason of getting hit is himself.But He will not forgive people who hit his friend because of his fault.The limit has reach MAXXX !!!! ( I like how he compare that the bad guy(dunno name) is better than Ishihara ,But it seems the bad guy overdo thing already....They should have take it slowly like Ishihara...why am I giving advise LOL nvm...It seem Ishihara's personality is really a bit crazy compare to the bad guy.Well Ishihara brain must have loose a few screw in it anyway ^^ ) Anyway,....After the battle,I bet Sakuragi will get himself into BIG trouble... Mario's hand also is gonna be useless for boxing for the rest of his life. If An-chan dies (and that's what I suspect will happen [pay attention at the opening: in the scene with everyone released, An-chan isn't there]), I will cry. Possibly more than ever before (caused by anime, that is). Ya,Mario's hand won't be heal and the its the fact,even losing one of the hand ,I think he won't giving up on saving Sakuragi.His sacrifice(hand) will make every change their mind. |

There was just so much I couldn't take seriously (the new guard smiling when looking in on the 6, the whole discussion of what they'd do when they got out, Sakuragi being thrown to the lions, etc.) and actually laughed more than this last episode of Arakawa Under the Bridge. But the short respite with the doctor smelling his hand is easily the best thing the show has done thus far. I also don't like the stupid Ippo eyes that Sakuragi gets. |

Well it's nice yet he should still beat the crap out of the guys in his cell and if he ever got questioned about it, just blame those fuckers and say they tried to beat and rape each other since there is no witness nor evidence. |

| I thought I hated Ishihara and the Doctor before...Now I really hate them. "Oh my God." is exactly what I said when I saw Mario's beaten hand. It probably won't heal, seeing how screwed up it is, but hopefully he gets through it. Go Sakuragi for finally beating those assholes. |

| I really like that nice guard who smiled at Mario in the beginning, and tried to get help in the end. My rage really boils when I see the stupidity of those guys. But, not everyone is a peace maker. Anyways, I hope Marios hand is okay and Bro beats there asses. I thought, at first, that they were going to rape Bro. I was so damn scared >.< |

'Cause I do that all the time. =P Man I love this show. I'm connecting with the drama, the characters, and of course the burning manliness. The end of that episode was badass stuff, the over-the-top awesome guitar sells it. Now my main concern is how far they'll take it, I'd hope they cover all 22 volumes of the manga. At the moment only 13 episodes are listed for this on AnimeNewsNetwork, here's hoping that it goes longer than that. 26 episodes minimum I'd hope. |
