I torrent almost all my anime from nyaa.si, the rest I stream through 9anime. I watch on a laptop. I give every anime the basic respect of sitting through the opening and ending at least once, but usually I will skip it the rest of the time. I don't skip parts or entire episodes; if something sucks that bad I just drop it or hate watch it to completion. The decision to drop it or hate watch it to completion depends on time invested and the mood I'm in that day. Thank you for having me. |

What do you "mostly" use when watching anime? - PC, Tablet, Phone On where do you watch anime? - Torrent or 9anime Do you skip opening and endings? - For the most part yes, I sometimes watch them on yt later though Do you skip scenes as you are watching an episode? - The most I can do is set the speed to like x1.4 for several mins. I mean, if the scene is so boring that it's unbearable Do you skip episodes? - Now that would just destroy the whole point of watching the show. No. |

I watch almost all of my anime on my laptop. Occasionally, I'll connect my laptop to the TV and watch it on there. I torrent pretty much all of my anime. Once in a while, I'll watch something on Netflix. I always watch OPs and EDs at least once, and then I'll usually skip them after that. If I really like the song or visuals, I might watch them more than once, but probably not for every episode. I never skip scenes, and I never skip episodes (other than recap episodes, which I always skip). |

"What do you "mostly" use when watching anime? TV, PC, Tablet, Phone?" Usually on Roku TV. If it's not available, i watch on my computer. "On where do you watch anime? Crunchyroll, Funimation, Kissanime, Gogoanime, Netflix, Amazon, Torrent?" Crunchyroll, GoGo, YouTube "Do you skip opening and endings?" No. Unless i hate the intro. "Do you skip scenes as you are watching an episode?" Never "Do you skip episodes?" On a first watch, no. Even if there's filler. |

Nekk0 said: I also watch nearly almost all anime from nyaa.si i think it's the way to watch anime on highest quality because of the sub, bitrate and overall codec adjustments Agreed. Using nyaa.si opened up a whole world of fansubs, codecs, etc. that I never knew about when I was just streaming. It is by far the best way to watch anime. Nekk0 said: i have never heard of 9anime before. Is it good? Why do you occasionally prefer it over nyaa.si? I like 9anime because it has pretty much everything and it has been unkillable for as long as I've been using it, unlike 4anime.to for example (which I used to prefer, RIP). I just use 9anime to test the waters with questionable series before committing to downloading them. Downloading like 20gb of a series in the best possible quality only to realize its garbage on the first episode is a different kind of disappointment. Edit: Oh yeah you will definitely need uBlock origin or a similarly powerful adblocker to use 9anime, but it is worth it I think. |

A PC with a large screen. I can't imagine using a phone for watching anime. I need more screen real-estate in order to enjoy it properly. Once I start a series, I almost always complete it without skipping anything. I'm somewhat of a completist in that way. |

I usually watch it on my TV while casting from my laptop/phone. Most of the times it is the yarr harr way, but if it's on Netflix - then I watch it on there. I never skip the openings, but I usually skip the endings. The only episodes I skip is recap episodes, and no I don't skip scenes no matter how cringey they may be. I take in all the cringe, straight into my veins. |

What do you "mostly" use when watching anime? - PC, Laptop On where do you watch anime? - Gogoanime Do you skip opening and endings? - For the majority of them yes due to non-interesting soundtrack and spoilers for the next episode. Do you skip scenes as you are watching an episode? - Yes, if the cringe is too unbearable or the scene is oversexualized. Do you skip episodes? - Yes, usually for filler episodes that bring nothing interesting to the overall plot other than just increasing episode count. |

PC / Laptop, I use Netflix and Crunchyroll, and if something is region blocked away I fall back to nyaa.si or zoro.to. I don't skip the openings/endings. I watch all episodes, filler included, I take my time and optional breaks to not get burnt off. |

At the minimum in 1.5x speed. Most anime I watch in 2x speed and I still get the full viewing experience. There are some anime that are actually well paced so that’s where 1.5x comes in, but in general 2x. |

I mostly use a tablet because its the most convenient way to consume media and sometimes use my laptop if I want to torrent anime. I am a proud pirate so I mostly watch anime on piracy sites like animepahe or animixplay sometimes I use 9anime or gogoanime. If I can't find any good quality or a specific subs then I torrent. I rarely skip opening/endings unless they're bad or become stale. No I don't skip scenes who the fuck would do that unless I'm rewatching it maybe. I don't skip episodes unless they're filler. |

PC or tablet, and every monday afternoon i watch a new episode of a series never watched before whether if it's a current seasonal one or not, it's been more of less like this since late 2018 because monday is the day off from my job. Usually never skip openings and endings, and never full scenes or filler episodes. Most of the times i drink a Red Bull and eat sweets, some days i put merchandise of the show i'm watching on the side of the screen, if i own some. Since i made a profile here i usually write paper notes to comment the exact episode on its thread after i've finished it. |

1. PC, i used to watch on TV when i was a child. 2. I would prefer not to say. 3. I usually never skip the op's and ed's unless i really don't like the music/song. 4. Never if it's my first time watching the anime. However, if i'm curious what a dubbed version of an anime sounds like in another language, i may skip scenes just to get to a certain character faster or for the purpose of trying to take screenshots of a particular character. 5. Only if it's a really long anime known for having a lot of fillers that don't contribute anything to the main story/plot. |

Most of time it is PC, rarely on Phone and occasionally somewhere else, in past watched on TV and one anime movie so far at Cinema. On where do you watch anime? Crunchyroll, Funimation, Kissanime, Gogoanime, Netflix, Amazon, Torrent? Illegal english site and Illegal polish site with polish subs, rarely watching at Netflix as it offers a very little amount of stuff. Do you skip opening and endings? Usually I skip them, for few times I watch openings (especially that I watch anime at 1.5/2x speed so for me those openings are just 45-60 seconds.) Endings I skip for 90% of time as I have not very much of interest in them or previews of next episodes. Do you skip scenes as you are watching an episode? No. I only do that at tv-series on netflix where there appears a "typical" scene so I just press right arrows to skip that as I know already what will be said/done. For anime I haven't done it yet and I don't think I will. Do you skip episodes? No, the only ones I skip are the recaps episode such as "5.5th" episode etc. which don't add anything new but are just the short/longer recap of previous episodes. |

PC like @nekoburger I can't imagine watching it on phone (except out of options) I've put a few GochiUsa in usb stack to try watching on TV but it's not worth effort often. I used to torrent/save a lot but streaming is better now. Still keeping a few favs though. I often skip ed because they're bad. Other than that, it's calling to be DROPPED. |

What do you "mostly" use when watching anime? TV, PC, Tablet, Phone? Latop, using a flatscreen as a second screen. On where do you watch anime? Crunchyroll, Funimation, Kissanime, Gogoanime, Netflix, Amazon, Torrent? Funimation, Netflix, Amazon, Crunchyroll and HIDIVE. Do you skip opening and endings? Occasionally. Do you skip scenes as you are watching an episode? Only if I've watched it before. Do you skip episodes? Only if it's a re-watch. |

What do you "mostly" use when watching anime? Laptop, second screened to my tv. On where do you watch anime? Netlfix or sailing around, checking the horizon yenno. Do you skip opening and endings? Depends if the op and ed are bangers, though I'll sometimes skip the ed to get to the preview / snippet. Do you skip scenes as you are watching an episode? Never, all or nothing. Do you skip episodes? Again, all or nothing lol. |

>What do you "mostly" use when watching anime PC. Vlc. i should start using mpv again. it is slightly better i think. >On where do you watch anime? i will not answer this question >Do you skip opening and endings? i use the period to grab a beer or a snack or whatever. if i am not doing these i skip it. i have developed a superhuman reflex for sprinting over to hit the space bar if i am not done getting a snack when the op ends. >Do you skip scenes as you are watching an episode? i will do this with scenes that gave me second hand embarrasment. but i avoid shows that will do this like the plague >Do you skip episodes? no, i try to not be principled but i cannot be rid of my principles entirely. if i know the show will get better i will just do other stuff with it on. if there are too many episodes, i would just drop it. |

Nekk0 said: heheh...Isn't it alittle obvious you are torrenting your anime from your first answer?🤔 I use mpv for anime but i think vlc pretty much does the same job. I have been told that vlc and mpv are the best players for anime. i remember people always hating on vlc for playback quality or something which i think is complete bs. but vlc has major UX issues. so if i want to do anything fancy, i have to google it for both of them and mpv usually has a simple keyboard shortcut thats already set by default while in vlc its buried or u have to edit prefs. |
