The art is very good, the story sometimes seems far-fetched and we need to hold on but it has also some naughty scenes

Dorei wo Choukyoushite Harem Tsukuru
Plot:
A MAN purchases three little slaves and begins to groom them into perfect girls for his harem.
Result: extremely disappointed. Low quality wholesome gag stuff with those 4 page chapters.

I'm mainly focusing on 'Golden Kamuy' atm. I've watched the anime, loved it.
I heard the manga's finished, thought it's really time to pick it up.
So far, so good. They cut a chunk of the story in anime tbh.

Killing Bites vol 9.

It was pretty good actually - lotsa furries kicking the shit out of each other. Plus there were some scenes that I have been waiting for since I watched the anime. 🐕🐈👍

It was so interesting that I read up to volume 23 in one day at a stretch. However, I was a little tired to read it.

Just read volume 1 of Isekai de Cheat Skill o Te ni Shita Ore wa, Genjitsu Sekai o mo Musou Suru Level Up wa Jinsei o Kaeta. And I have now learned that the trick to going from a loser/bully victim to mega-chad is losing a little weight and changing your hairstyle from a bowl-cul to "messy bedhair". I wish I'd known that in middle school... 😏

Currently in the middle of Blade of the Immortal, somewhere between 1/3 and 1/4 of the way through, and it kicks ass. Just seems to be getting better as it goes. The fight choreography is exactly what I want and what very few other things have given me, it's really creative and wild and dark. Love the characters - both in design and in writing - love the dialogue, love the pacing, love the plot, not much else to say. I think it's on track to be a favourite of mine if it keeps everything up.

ive been consistently reading berserk for 10 chapters a day. Still def a 10/10, but to me some parts with magic and shit and the talk no jutsu stuff in parts were a bit off to me and felt like reading a shonen manga, but luckily it picked up again and is amazing each chapter now.

I actually can't remember the last manga I read as lately I've only read manhwa. The most recent manhwa I've read is Volcanic Age (I'm on chapter 147 out of 204). It's really addictive!

I caught up on sangatsu no lion. I don't know why I liked it so much, when I don't care about (or understand) shogi strategy or reading long descriptions of food. I guess I just really enjoyed the characters and the atmosphere of the story.

Sekishoku Elegy.. sadly, I remember wanting to read it more than what I had actually read.. I have forgotten about it so soon :p ..it had something to do with a lost couple, who go through ups and downs in their relationships (mostly downs), the main character is a mangaka who lives through turbulent times in Japan, it is melancholic and is memorable for it's artstyle which is unconventional and what attracted me to it, that much I remember.

I'm currently reading oyasumi punpun and for some reason it's more unsettling than aku no hana or chi no wadachi. It's not disturbing in such it's just more of a gloomy realistic feeling that I can't put my finger on.

I recently finished Iris Zero, and honestly, I couldn't even tell you why I love it so much.
It's just such a satisfying series to read, and always has some interesting ideas up its sleeve. Hopefully the hiatus ends someday!

What a great example on how a manga can build up good characters and then messed it all up with a horrible way to put an end of a series.

The last manga I read was Beastars. This part is kinda eh, as I expected since Season 2 of the anime isn't as good as Season 1.

The last manga I completed was the Among Us one-shot. My tag says it all.

Vol. 1 was very imperesive after that it kind of felt like nothing really happened in vol. 2. Art was great though.

I finished the original Devilman recently, which wasn't as much of a trip as I thought it would be? I think it was a cool experience being fairly familiar with some later adaptations. Being able to see ideas from the original that I know were later reinterpreted or emphasized in different ways was interesting. I also finished a really sweet BL called Country Diary, which was low-key and relaxing. I'd highly recommend for anyone interested in slow queer pastoralist slice-of-life.

Just finished  Kimi ni Koisuru Satsujinki today and it was okay. Nothing interesting really happened, just the same pattern over and over again. Didn't really have enough time to get interested in the characters either. Just felt like an empty story that wanted to be something it wasn't.

I'm on chapter 28 of Vinland Saga right now and I feel like the story is heading in the right direction. In the beginning it was pretty boring, stereotypical backstories and many fight scenes, but recently the manga's been starting to grow on me.
