The Author was accused of tracing the likeness of other artists work even if they aren't exact carbon copies. I would guess that the studio decided to drop the franchise due to this scandal. On top of this the Author has yet to have worked on the source material for quite some time due to health issues. Similar things have happened to such titles like "Gangsta" where the studio that produced it went bankrupt and the Author never finished the Manga in the 1st place. Last I heard was a rumor that they stopped working on it due to poor health. So it's unclear if the Author is still even alive since they went by a moniker instead of their real name. So it could even be likely the Author is even dead. |

| This is for adaptations I think could have a continuation, not for anime that have run their course and have adapted everything from their parent stories. Most of my favorites are included although I won't count series that already have a continuation, albeit a bad one, because I'd like to remake what they adapted which doesn't answer the question asked here. (So no Berserk or Terra Formars) - Kaiji (not up until the current part I do think it needs its reworking so it could be more digestible as a show) - Hunter x Hunter (not that interest in the series has died down but there are some chapters left that could be interesting to see in a limited series) - Grand Blue - One Outs (At least for a second season if it did as many episodes as last season) - Gantz (if there isn't an option for a remake, or a sequel/prequel to the CGI movie, they could just retcon the end to the show like other series do) - 7Seeds (Just want to see this trainwreck end) - Heion Sedai no Idaten-tachi (I know it did catch up to the web manga but when the new content in the manga remake is done then a new season will happen, at least I hope so, it did leave at a big cliffhanger) - Ichi the Killer (Won't happen) - Narutaru (Won't happen, unless it gets heavily censored or reworked which to be fair the manga is just disgusting for disgusting's sake in the second part and gets a very rushed ending) - One Punch Man - Prison School - Shoubushi Densetsu Tetsuya - Akagi - Watamote - World Trigger (Once it has enough chapters to adapt) - Tower of God - ORESUKI (If it's still ongoing which I can't tell...) - Magi - Great Pretender (It's anime-original so you can't say it has ended... yet, Idk I think it would be interesting to see) - Eizouken - Beck |

| A lot of detective, murder, mystery, yokai and gods animes and all the manga on my list .. This is what i want, and if i was like a billionaire i would have my own animation studio to do them . But sadly that won't be happening so i guess i will make do with manga and live action.. Only animes these days get more seasons are mostly 90% isekai garbage but that's what happens when western companies butt in and most US/Europe people love playing games so they like iseaki anime where gutless hero gets dragged around by a harrm of girls and fights with bright light coming in from wooden shield which makes demon lords scream.. probably because he is allergic to bright light and nothing else. I want more animes that has to do with japan. Their history with samurais and ninjas anime, and folktales,yokai, gods urban legends, yakuza gang wars etc |

Ranma 1/2 (at least four extra years of the manga to adapt after it ended as an animated series in 1992) GTO (as Kyou Kara Ore Wa, it ends too quickly and there's more from manga to convert) |

| Honestly like half my completed list I'd love to see more of, but a good amount of those I know are already sadly finished, I guess the first two that came to mind were Yuru Camp (Hoping the movie isn't the end) and Dragon Maid. Watched Slow Loop and Dress Up Darling recently and would love more of both of those as well. I'm sure there's more but I won't go on forever lmao. |

This is just the list of what I want sequels from, but will probably never come. Perhaps the only ones I'd put my money on is Chihayafuru, Haikyuu, and MAYBE Railgun. But hey, Devil is a Part-Timer showed up out of nowhere, along with Classroom of the Elite and even a Spice and Wolf remake. So I'm still holding onto just a little hope here. Edit: So I was just scrolling up and I saw Grimgar and I was like HOW COULD I FORGET; include that on the list here and make it extra extra bold. |
