| According to Anime!Anime!, TV Tokyo announced the end of Pokemon Diamond & Pearl this autumn. The new series following Diamond & Pearl will be revealed later. From April 29th, the story will move on to "Grand Festival" arc and Hikari will participate in the Grand Festival. In July Satoshi will proceed to Shinoh League. New games "Pokemon Black" and "Pokemon White" will also be released this autumn. Source: Anime!Anime! |

| Well, naturally. They need to move onto the world of Pokemon Black and White, don't they? Cue Ash putting every single Pokemon on his team apart from Pikachu into storage forever and then catching 5th gen Pokemon from (whatever the new region is going to be called). |

| I know that they want Pokémon to continue going, or well, they just want to get the money out of it. But then again, isn't it time they renewed the (anime) series for our new generations. I mean, it's still working out fine and all, but it's time for Ash to leave the main screen. He can be the 'most awesome and legendary' trainer in the next series, and it's the dream of "insert name" to become like him, etc. Nothing original, but still, it's time for Ash to leave. Besides, what annoys me is the timeframe of Pokémon, Ash is traveling the world (on foot) for quite some time now.. But.. he's still 10 years old just like in the start of the series. He should've been 15 by now, at the most.. Then again, I don't care to much, I don't follow the anime series anymore since quite some years ago, I saw one season with the May girl, but that's it. It's just the same all over again. The same goes for the game, but for one or another reason, it's still fun to play them once in a while. (Haven't played the games after Sapphire tho'). |
