| Hehe, kinda liked the new opening however they should have pulled out that later... But since Juvia is one of the characters I especially like, I don't mind the spoilers about her :D Her fight with Gray was really almost better than in the manga at some point (like voice acting put more into the comedy) but of course they couldn't beat the art at this. The previous ed was much better...meh... |

| The opening and ending was nice but way too early too many spoilers despite the fact i read all 180 chapters. I really enjoyed the Juvia vs Gray fight pretty hillarious. |

(Well, I am a FT manga reader so..) It's kinda hard to say. There's this one arc coming up waaaaay later that nobody likes but basically it's pretty standard and fun shounen fare. I think if you've stuck with it this far, you should keep it going. |

| Cool and funny episode. I think they put this opening out to early seeing that the arc isn't over yet. We'll I guess they just wanted to be like all the other animes that are having new openings. |

| Too many spoilers on OP, ED and this thread... OP song sounds much better than previous. Only thing wrong is the spoiler-heavy scenes about Juvia recruitment. Seeing as they already showed the content of the next big arc, guess they'll animate it up to there. Hope they animate the one next to it. I'm not a fan of ED songs so no comment on it. Again, too much spoilers for Erza. Questions will rise about that eyepatch now. Seriously, this is the first time I've seen OP and ED not focusing on current happenings and spoils a lot about the next events(can't remember if there are others who also did this) Episode was great. When I found out that Juvia is voiced by Nakahara Mai, I thought when this fight will happen: "Tomoya and Nagisa reunion!", though she sounds more like Flameheart from LvB than Nagisa. Animation is picking up(again, then it'll switch to static scenes, again). It's a shame if you decide to stop now. Here's my opinion as another FT manga reader. Tbh, when I saw this manga, I didn't think it was similar to One Piece(I've seen a few episodes but I don't follow it both anime and manga). I first thought it was similar to Mashima's other work, Rave Master, which I liked. It's enjoyable to read and keeps you excited for the next chapters. True, it's the same with OP in terms of "nakama" and overly shounen action but FT has this different style of storytelling that makes it great. I think they're improving bit by bit with the animation now, though previous episodes really have some problems with that. Stick with the ups and downs of the animation and you won't be disappointed coz the story will get better now. |

| The op/ed made me giggle, but even I as a non-manga reader could tell they were spoiling a lot. Couldn't they have at least waited a bit before throwing something so spoiler-filled in? Like a 'filler' op/ed? I've seen several anime that use 'stock' ones to keep from being early. The songs did fit well, the animation was just a little jarring. Maybe they just don't have the budget for it? I know it's this style of story-tellings stock-in-trade, but it kinda annoys me when the solution to most of the enemies is 'My power isn't enough, so I'll turn up the power and beat this guy'. The only one who really uses their brain to defeat their enemies is the series 'Ms. Fanservice' makes things kinda sad. At least One Piece sometimes uses their brains. |

| This thread reminded me why I don't visit the anime discussion threads for popular manga. I mean it's not like there's a message in bold caps at the beginning of every anime thread that says don't spoil. Oh wait, there is... Spoiling should seriously be a bannable offense, that's the only thing stupid kids understand. Godel said: Crunchyroll is perfectly fine. Their translator has actually read the manga and knows what he's doing. The video quality might be better but everything else is top notch.God, why are there no competent subbers, in boot speed and quality, for this series? =.. |

| What is up with this OP and ED pattern? First, the OP has that "moody uplifter" and the ED has that "too much happy fun". Then the 2nd OP has the "too much happy fun" while the 2nd ED had the "moody uplifter". And now, it's back to how it was the first time. Some pattern we're having. IMO: OP 1 > OP 3 >> OP 2. ED 2 > ED 3 > ED 1. Anyways, I've been waiting for this episode ever since I started to follow the manga. Juvia ftw. |
| Finally a decent opening song. In regards to the episode, it was ok. Juvia was funny and Elfman rocks. One Element to go, next episode looks like a fun one. |
New OP & ED are nice, Merry-Go-Round is still my favorite song from this show though. And Juvia is pretty hot, she's just a moron & unstable as hell. I'd hate to piss off a woman who could boil me alive. |

| THEY SHOULD KEEP THE OPENING THE SAME UNTIL THE DAMN ARC IS DONE. I mean, it's not like it's a spoiler for the manga followers, but the poor anime fans. DAMN THEM! They changed it too early!! Phantom Arc is one of the longer arcs in the whole series!! I <3 Lluvia (I know it's Juvia, but I like Lluvia betters). The fight between her and Gray-sama has always been my favorite! I'm glad it didn't turn out screwy. |

| Loved how Juvia made a complete 360 degree change of character with the love syndrome she got. The fact that her character normally looks so cold and just went sentimentally berserk was funny as hell. Love her and from what i saw from the OP she won't disappear after this arc so that's good news. New OP not bad but am still waiting for a really awesome one. ED has similar feeling to the last one but more Erza is always better. |

| New song is new. I like it. The small fantasy by Juvia is just too damn funny. Oh man that battle was too epic. Loli Juvia is even MORE epic though. Seeing her make teruteru's while she's crying almost made me cry. I've got a new favorite character ^_^ The little skit at the beginning with Lucy was too funny. Cant help but think its making fun of the "fillers" that count as "dreams". Juvia is just too awesome. Crazy girls are awesome. I need more fairy tail! Thank god i waited to watch this in a 3 ep batch. If this doesn't make you feel sorry for Juvia, then you have no soul.  |
