| When it comes to cringe, the first anime I think of is Cheer Danshi. I'm so embarrassed for those fictional characters. |

| A lot of times when characters embarrass themselves by talking big. Some moments in Re:Zero, particularly in episode 13. And that moment in HxH when Gon reunites with his dad in front of all those people. I had to pause so many times to get through it. |

| Happened some times, but one I remember clearly right now was Osamake. The dance episode (I think it is the 3rd one), man, that was hard to watch. Actually I had other moments while watching, but this was the worst by far. |

| One of the reasons why I stopped watching Anohana was maybe the fact that, many of Jintan's reasonings pertaining specific subjects were so absurdly naive and unfounded, it reminded me of something I said when I was like 12 and I really couldn't take it seriously from that point. Which is weird because I had the same feeling with welcome to the nhk, but I never stopped watching it. I don't think many shows have made me reflect on my own personal mindset and made me look like a fool in the process like nhk did, that should be a plus if anything, but it just didn't work for Anohana, it felt jarring, to the point I just started to question why the hell am I watching this -- it was that bad. |

| Rent-a-Girlfriend, and Nisekoi. Never have I seen peak beta energy from the MCs I feel so ashamed just by watching those. It's both, and its dark humour works well it hits some nerves at some point. |

| Ah you mean which anime did I cringe at as I was watching it. When did I feel ashamed on behalf of the character I was watching. Most recently "Ijiranaide, Nagatoro-san". But I understood that the anime was bating me. So the 3 to 4 scenes where I wanted to avert my eyes, I realized they were pretty ok and not unpleasant, so as far as second hand embarrassment is concerned, this series was a dud. |
