According to Eiga.com, a live event "Gintama Spring Festival" was held on March 25th. At the event, director Takamatsu Shinji stated that "Gintama hasn't ended at all. It's not begun yet! We shall be back!". The co-director Fujita Yoichi said "When Sorachi Hideaki writes enough amount of manga chapters, I want to do the series again with the staff gathered here." Source: Eiga.com |

There was even one episode that they explained what would have happened if they reached the manga too fast. I got 3 more episodes until 201 and then I'll start following the manga from the beginning. Great to hear the news.   |
