| Excluding hentai, which is in a league of it's own, it might be Made in Abyss. Despite all the disturbing scenes in it, the one that stands out is when Bondrewd sees Nanachi, says "Oya Oya" and...then...elevator...mitty...bunny...AHHHHHHH! |

| I have seen people get eaten, mutilated, smashed and tortured. I have seen that kid in the first chapter of One Punch Man. I have seen Zenitsu exist. However, none of this can even begin to compare to the disgust I felt when I watched Mei Aihara from Citrus repeatedly forcing herself on Yuzu Aihara from Citrus. I have seen some rapey things in this medium before (Hallo SAO) but even if they were disgusting the narrative at least cared to (or at least pretended to) tell you that it wasn't OK. But in Citrus? I did it because you wanted it. I know here on MAL we are not too keen on the "this anime is sending a wrong message" kind of mindset, since we all are more than tired of seeing that kind of thing on Twitter, but those scenes I'm talking about trascend all of this and made me genuinely want to vomit. I guess Chika Gentou Gekiga is probably second, but it didn't impact me as much as I don't think I really cared about the characters.
