Rose Matter (i catch her Let's Play Higurashi When They Cry videos most Fridays) she makes some pretty darn good let's plays.
i also kept up with Galatic Gaming's channel for awhile for his higurashi walkthrough videos.
rose matter and galatic gaming both provide some decent color commentary when they do these walkthroughs

I have watched a lot of people out there but I think that there are a lot of gaming YouTubers out there like Happy Console Gamer who give Cyberpunk 2077 Game a good shot. Have you thought about that too? There are a lot of gamers out there who have insights.

Apart from NakaTeleeli, I don't like any gametubers, especially that guy who tried to make a Zoids Assault video playthrough and had absolutely no idea what he was doing in Mission 5; getting this five man squad blown away in the battlefield and failing to take out the satellites. Heh! Amateurs!

Why bother making a video playthrough and only finish one third of the game? Youtubers think that they know how to play any game; think that they know everything.

That's it. Liked Dunkey a long time ago, but the humor and type of content went stale for me after a while and his serious opinion videos were always kinda meh. Still like watching JonTron, but it's not like it's because of gaming videos these days lol.

I don't watch that much gaming vtubers, but I personally do like watching ManlyBadassHero LPs. Like how he's just chill, and provides remarks here and there, explaining a bit of lore connection here and there, saying simple jokes here and there, and he even voice acts sometimes, which I find to be adorable. His voice is nice as well.

Anyways, I mainly like him because of his selection of games. Well... I'm not necessarily much of a fan of most of his game selections, but I do like a few of the games he chooses. These games would include Otaku's Adventure, Death Mark and NG, A Rose in the Twilight, The Liar Princess and the Blind Prince, Htol # Niq(or aka Hotaru no Nikki or The Firefly Diary), Your Turn to Die, A Maid of Fairewell Heights, A Cat in the Box, Ib, Witch's House, Mad Father, Aria's Story, Fantasy Maiden's Odd Hideout, some Charon games, and many more games that I forgot and would like to remember.

I don't really watch a lot of gaming youtube, but I have to mention VaatiVidya for SoulsBorne lore videos. He's got so much great content and is very pleasant to listen to as well.

Also SuperButterBuns is the youtube channel that got me into Persona 5.
