| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Heh, it started out serious until the dog showed up in appearance. Now it's a comedy with a self aware talking dog. In fact, it seems this anime loves to sell its comedy with the animal themes. Shinamon still retains his human personality which kinda makes this show look funny. Yeah, this anime definitely can't be taken seriously. |

| Human Oda facing danger and said being dog in next life can be fun, too. And he really became dog, so he regrets saying so. lol @ Oda's thoughts. Then other historical people also reborn as dogs, too! There's historical drama showing his death... Discussing who's the real killer. Oda wanting to believe Mitsuhide is the killer, because he is jealous of Mitsuhide being handsome, but it seems like he likes Oda. (Wait, squirrel (Miyu-Miyu) on his shoulder?) lol @ ED (not just the song, but also it feat. real dogs). Preview is also real dogs. |

| This episode was seriously very funny and I loved the OP and especially the ED. It has a very nice concept and it has the potential to be a great comedy series. |

| What a funny dog, with some very cute little eyebrows. Being a dog lover, I think I'll like this show going forward. Also hope they sprinkle a bit more history into the show, I don't know much about this period of Japan but it certainly intrigues me. The art was very light and fluffy, seems this is definitely going to be the relaxing show of the season. Also, that ED was so unexpected but I loved it. |

| I think it would have worked better as a 15 mins show but it was good enough, it has cute dogs at the end so I can't ask for anything more. |

| This is not interesting enough to keep me watching. Even as a samurai fan I don't like it. The comedy is mediocre and probably gets repetitive fast. And it feels like they want to force references to the historical stuff into it in every scene. (The hair/shower thing reminding Nobunaga of some clothes and stuff like that.) |
| Thought it would be totally boring but a few of the jokes turn out to be OK. I kinda liked the part where Oda was just venting his jealousy against Akechi. I guess I will give it another episode or two. |

| I'd expect Oda Nobunaga's legacy to stop now, but this is taking it to another level. Instead, reincarnation as dogs? That's just some Isekai shitty plot that isn't Isekai and more of Tensei Slime levels. But Sengoku warlords in the common era? Some good ones and some bad ones. Those dog names are sure as funny for the 1st time, but it gets old fast. For a new studio that's a subsidiary of Pierrot, this was just the average production of sorts, nothing that stands out. Just decent, that's all. |

| I'm a huge nerd for the Sengoku period in Japan and I love dogs. Having real dogs in the ED was also a nice touch. |

| This is actually pretty funny! I wasn't planning on watching this one, but checked out the first episode and I was hooked! I love the inner monologue of Nobunaga as he realizes that he is actually giving in to his dog instincts. |
| So glad that I'm not a huge manga reader, because the manga readers WHINE WAY TOO MUCH and have to RUIN every adapted anime for the ANIME ONLY WATCHERS! |

| I was enjoying the first half of the episode, but the constant cuts and rather banal humor slowly sucked away my interest. Hopefully it gets better next episode. phantomfandom said: This show's success will depend on voice acting, which is barely passable, Oda's voice is so weak and too old, and doesn't carry comedic tone well. Ranmaru voice should swap with Mitsuhide voice. Both are portray in media as feminine guys, but Ranmaru is probably much closer to female (his appearance may be altered through history so that Oda doesn't lose his manliness if he had a relationship with feminine guy, in true story Ranmaru might be close to what we see in Oda Cinnamon) I looked up how old Nobunaga and Mitsuhide were when they died (both in 1582). Nobunaga was actually younger than Mitsuhide was. Ironic that he sounds and is designed to be at least twenty years older. |

| This show was made for dog lovers like me. I doubt Oda Cinnamon is going to wreck havoc in modern Japan with his Shiba inu body. He has no other choice than to submit to bath time, treats, belly rubs and shit and piss in public for the world to see. Jokes are either hit or miss. I want to see the other dogs like that corgi in the poster. Plus we get to see real dogs in the preview so I'm happy so far. |
